I had reached out and spoke with the owner, Brett , easily we got everything in motion from there. I brought in the actual sweater when I received it and came by the store to drop off the info of what I wanted on the sweater. I did not get the the female that was working the front but she was very friendly with helping me on the sizing and placement of the dogs face and name for the sleeve. Overall, everything was speedy,efficient, and they were communicating to me (Kenny) via email throughout the entire process to make sure things were good to move on to embroider onto the sweater. Communication: was told shirt was to be finished by one day, showed up day after to pick up and they said the print was lost and it would be done by the next day. No call or communication. They said they would call me when it was finished, but I still had to call them to confirm completion. Quality: lines and gaps in between stitching. Looks cheap for how pricey the job was. See pictures Accountability: I notice an obvious stain on the shirt. Guy clerk said "you must have brought it in that way". They got a stain remover to remove it. But I was already annoyed already I had to make an extra trip to pick up. I have gotten a lot of embroidery work done, I tried this place out of convenience. If you are looking for great quality at better prices. Go to Team Uniform or LoudPrint. This place is more of a mass manufacturing embroidery shop. Not for small custom jobs.

However, once inside the shop, there you'll find the visit worthwhile, particularly if you're interested in shopping for more collectible type Disney products! This store is all about things made of glass, ceramic pieces and collectibles. They sell the usual stuff like mugs, tea cups, statues, trinkets and decorative plates with Disney on them. Compared to most stores that are inside this theme park they have an entirely different atmosphere. Most parks offer plush toys, t-shirts etc. Not here, this store has a much more formal and beautiful look for your home décor or gift ideas! One thing I love most about China Closet is that it has an atmosphere of being slightly less crowded than some of the other stores on Main Street. The items displayed inside have an abundance of detail, some of which are also very delicate! You can spend a lot of time at this store looking at all of their items!
