I've been coming to Prime Leaf for a while and have always had great experiences, which is why this stood out. When I checked in today, the security guard told me, "Next time, try and park in the lines better." My car was still within my parking space. The spots are angled, and while I was close to one of the lines, I wasn't over it. There were only about three cars in the parking lot, so the comment felt unnecessary. What made it even more uncomfortable was that after I walked inside, I turned around and noticed he was just staring at me while I was checking in. The interaction felt cold, awkward, and unwelcoming. I'm sharing this because first impressions matter. The security guard is the first person customers interact with, and I hope this was just an isolated incident because everyone else at Prime Leaf has always been friendly and welcoming. Super friendly and informative staff! They have great daily deals that are easily accessible online. I love that if you know what you want, you tell them at the check-in counter and then checkout very quickly. But if you want to shop around or have some questions, you head to the back and get to chat with their staff to get more personalized recommendations. The location has sufficient parking, and it always feels safe. The thoughtfulness of the staff is really what keeps us coming back though! read more

This place has the absolute worst customer service of any dispensary in any state I've ever been in and I've been to a ton. Cartridges are always missing large chunks as well I get it's not theirs but they can choose to say something or buy other product. Entitled employees have ruined the experience there. Easily some of the best staff and dispensaries in Arizona. The team here always takes time to make the most educated options available. They are wellness experts. Amazing Staff - Jack, Dakota, Trinity, Tom in security, Hunter, John, Max, Taylor and all others, we love them dearly. They also carry "Halo Infusions" edibles and Topicals which are the best in Arizona (photos attached). I love when the item i want is on sale for $25 only for it to be raised to $45 at checkout, but now it's $50 because they round it to the nearest tenth. At the very end the charge i got was $52.25. They also tried charging it twice and both charges came from different people. Long story short this place is working very hard to earn a "going postal" type incident, and I say that out of generality. read more

Today April 29, 2025 I went to PL to get some "hold me over to payday smoke". Basically, I was low on funds So I had to shop instead of just grabbing my regular product. I was assisted by a girl child named Taylor. She was completely rude, impatient, impolite, bothered and didn't want to take a moment to listen. She had no knowledge whatsoever about the product to offer. I've gone to PL for years and seen staff come and go with a few dedicated peopl. it has gotten to the point that I won't even shop at their store on Speedway. The staff on park have ALWAYS been polite, positive and helpful until today when I received the worst service ever from Taylor. Feel the counter salesman was rude or arrogant. I asked for the least expensive indica pre rolls . He shows me a chart with at least 50 items, several columns, multiple colors . He didn't want to answer questions, he said the price was by the name but there was 3 prices by each name - pain in the ass !!! Poor customer service and poor quality. Went to get a cartridge from park Ave location. Cartridge came apart after 2 uses the very next day and dripped all into my bag ruining it. Went to return it and manager was less than helpful. Would not recommend this location read more
