It's been a minute since I stopped in The Press Espresso! I had to go my usual iced BSC latte and it was delicious. We hung out in the coffee shop for a little and it's a great place to work or study. One of these days, I'm going to pick up their BSC syrup.
Coffee is good. Location and atmosphere is good. But I ordered a specialty latte to drink - to stay in - and was served coffee in a to-go cup. When I asked for a ceramic/glass cup since I was drinking my coffee in the shop, I was told no, they're only serving coffee in paper cups even tho they have an entire wall of glass cups. Kinda lame.
Drink: 5 Service: 5 Ambiance: 5 Such a nice, quaint coffee shop nestled in the Vail Ranch area! I ordered the Matcha Latte and the Tiramisu Latte -- both beautifully presented with latte art and perfectly balanced in flavor. Tasty but not overly sweet -- just right. The service was excellent; the young gentleman behind the counter was incredibly friendly and kind. The ambiance is warm, inviting, and cozy -- the kind of spot where you could easily relax or catch up with a friend. I'm so glad to have a delicious local coffee shop close by, and I'll definitely be returning!
Awesome welcome! Staff were all very friendly, helpful, service woth a smile. Really cute coffee shop with inside or covered patio seating. Inside was refreshing to cool down from the 100° heat. Real coffee and classic menu for the coffee lover. Teas lattes or non caffeinated options. Baked goods were displayed and hard to resist. Whole bean Coffee bags available for purchase. Self serve water station next to the pick up counter. Restroom for customers. Parking in the large lot with shared stores a few short steps away.
A friend and I stopped in this coffee roaster before heading to a soccer tournament nearby. I ordered the iced shorty with whole milk and my friend had the hot mocha latte. I also ordered a blue berry scone The iced shorty was a first for me, and I liked the concept. It's an iced espresso with less water to give it a stronger and more robust coffee bean flavor. It was perfect for what I was looking for. My friend said his mocha was excellent. The scone was okay. The burned when they warmed it up. I was surprised they did not offer me a new one. It tasted okay, but the texture of the scone was off given they over heated it. The service was good, but they needed to keep one person at the register and the other two focused making beverages and serving baked goods. Here, one takes an order, prepares the item, then when the other person is done making their item, they go to the register and take an order, and the cycle continues. The problem was there's a lag when ordering, especially when all three employees are working on an order. The place had seating inside and outside.
5+ stars! I love this place -- such an amazing vibe. Charming both inside and out, with an incredible selection of baked goods and beans to take home. Most importantly, the espresso is delicious and the service couldn't be better. Easily one of my all-time favorite spots for espresso. Highly recommend!
Bye Starbucks, Hello Press Espresso! I've been on the hunt for a good coffee shop in Temecula and The Press Espresso totally won me over. It's easily my favorite spot now, and I keep coming back. They have a few locations and they're all super chill with a cool rustic vibe. I love all the plants and succulents because it just feels cozy. Service is always quick and friendly. They have some fun specialty drinks too. The tiramisu latte is popular but my go-to is the iced vanilla matcha. So good!
Cute interior/ exterior with lots of available seating outside. Coffee was delicious I got the banana foster latte 10/10 it was so good no artificial banana taste and it was sweet. :) My boyfriend got the lavender honey latte which he liked except for the dried lavender bits they put on top. The coffee cake was sooooo good! The scone was good too but our fave was the coffee cake. Definitely a great spot to grab your coffee and pastries :)
Clearly I am the press espresso's best customer. I love this location in the historic Vail Ranch. It's cute and has great seating inside and out. I had my usual Tiramisu Latte with Oatmilk and today got a special heart shaped treat. Service was swift and it was busy inside. Quality is always on point.
I have been several times at various The Press and this one is my favorite. It has seats inside and at the patio, pretty spacious cozy at the same time. Located in a very pretty historical plaza, it is a great place to stop when I am in Temecula.
In all honesty the absolute worst coffee we've ever tasted... My husband ordered a coconut thai espresso and it tasted SOUR and was lumpy- spoiled! On top of that the staff did not acknowledge us upon arrival and ignored us until they were done chatting away. As someone who worked in hospitality and food and bev industry for several years it was extremely rude and unprofessional. Overall It was disgusting and disappointing experience. Waste of our time and money
This place is my go to coffee a spot when I'm at Vail Headquarters. It has a calm vibe. I came on a busy Saturday while there's a Harvest Festival going on outside. People were popping in and out. Gentleman who rung me up was super calm. He was helpful in his suggestion for a sugar free option. On my way out, he even said goodbye Meghan! Such great customer care!
Adorable coffee shop at the Vail Headquarters. We were visiting Temecula and looking for a new coffee shop and picked Press. Seems like they have a lot of locations, but so happy we randomly picked this one at Vail HQ. After grabbing our drinks, we walked around and took in a bit of old Temecula cowboy history. Unexpected and quite enjoyable! AND the coffee was great, too. We noticed their new espresso machines were down, but they were still able to make their Bananas Foster Latte using cold brew. We also tried the Blueberry Palmer. Both were delicious and were not overly sweet. You could taste the home made syrups. We'll definitely seek them out next time we're in Temecula.

I was here two days in a row, used to be a Temecula local years ago and at that time I believe there was only one Press location -- now there's four! Very nice to see the business do well as it is so well deserved. I visited their other location on Ynez last week as well and across locations, the ambiance is perfect for socializing but also getting some work done. They have some really cute merch, feels very fitting for the city and of course the drinks are all delicious! The hot tiramisu latte (comes with a lady finger!), iced BSC (brown sugar caramel) latte, and iced coffee cake (brown sugar & cinnamon) latte all with oatmilk perfectly fit my specific cravings for each day I visited. The baristas were all very kind despite any rush/delays so just keep in mind it can get pretty busy so don't always expect it to be a quick coffee run. Recommending to all my friends from college for sure! read more

Favorite The Press Espresso location in the area. The space is beautiful and open with seating inside and out. Rich history located in the Vail Headquarters with lots of other cool shops and eateries nearby. Definitely recommend the iced flamingo if you're not a coffee drinker. It's my secret nook for gourmet slices of cake & Americanos. Have also had their toast when craving something savory. Situated at the entrance of Vail Ranch & all things eatery, it's a nice retreat when out doing errands and/or a break from regular life. Today it's a mystery rose butter cake that could be perfectly eaten at a best friend's wedding or like today, doing returns & pre-holiday shopping. I thought I would start my diet today ha ha after all the recent decadent eating, but then I walked into The Press Espresso, and this slice of heavenly goodness called out my name. This is the cutest coffee shop I have ever been to. I wish I lived locally, because I would be here daily. The outside patio was so relaxing with rustic style seating and tons of trees/plants. The inside was minimalistic with lots of concrete elements, but was softened with plants and some rustic/historical wood accents. Honestly, just such a relaxing space. They have a great menu of coffee, tea, and food offerings. We didn't try coffee this time around, but really enjoyed the teas we got. I had an iced matcha latte w/ oat milk; one of the best matcha latte's I've had. My husband had the hibiscus tea which was fruity, but also had a nice floral note. My mom had the paradise green tea which was so refreshing. We also snagged some strawberry creampuffs as an evening treat and they were so dang tasty! To top it off, the staff was incredibly friendly which made this coffee shop even more inviting. This will now be a staple every time we're in or passing through Temecula. read more

This place will change your life! Everything is amazing! Espresso shots pulled to perfection. Richly balanced...no burnt or awful bitter flavors. Lattes are chefs kiss and the honey lavender cheesecake is just as mind blowing. The customer service at this location is fabulous!!! Lulu and the young man working with her (who also works at the old town location) are so awesome! Very friendly and give great recommendations! The only complaint I have is that there is no location in Orange County! **cough,cough*** please open a shop out in this way! read more

Every time I visit Temecula I make sure to stop by this place! Can you believe it's cheaper the Starbucks too? They have amazing specialty lattes and the espresso they use is yummy and very caffeinated. I love the open seating out front and the inside is cozy. Bathrooms are always clean too read more

Ended up here by accident but now I think it's faith. What a delicious coffee I had here. The honey drizzle they put on top is made in house and it tastes so good. They also added some lil dots. Absolutely love this coffee spot! They know how to do a cortado well, which is my go to drink when it's offered in any shop. I recommend their brown sugar coffee, tiramisu latte and the lavender coffee if you want to explore a bit (the lavender is not overpowering!). Their house blend beans are also perfect for a good pour over coffee! read more

The food here is outstanding!! They have a wide variety of pastries, scones, breakfast cakes, donuts etc. Mind you! These are not your average pastries! There is a wide vegan selection and they are all so femininely decorated with little details, such as gold flecks and shimmering nuts. Ambiance is amazing, loved the decor and aesthetic inside and out. For the drinks and food, I ordered a tall iced coffee with cream/sugar and some cold foam. Wifey ordered a honey cinn. matcha. I'm not a strong coffee person, I like creamer with a side of coffee if you get what I mean. That being said, the coffee I had was very strong. Some ppl like that but was just not for me, however, wifey did like her matcha. As for food, we got the avocado toast and bagel. The bagel was good, not over toasted and the whipped cream cheese was good as well. Reason why this place gets the rating it did, the menu was extremely small. Not only that, the food menu isn't visible until it's actually your time to place your order so I felt extremely rushed when it came time to do it. They need a much larger menu for the wall that also includes the food items. It's very inconvenient when you have to wait until it's your time to order before you get to see the food menu. The servers were great, very inviting and helpful, it's just the menu issue is what does it for me. Food/drinks were great, but convenience and accessibility not so great. read more

Driving through Temecula, we were looking for a coffee shop in the area and found this cute spot located in a farmyard-like shopping plaza. What a great combination of good coffee and plenty of outdoor seating, with the train ride as a bonus! I LOVE this brand, and I have been to all three locations. It makes me so proud to watch this owner grow her business. While they have a standard coffee house menu, I always order sweet drinks because syrups are house-made and the rotating menu is full of unique creations. No lie- I always get at least two drinks each visit. This time I had a jasmine honey latte and an orange bitters cortado. No matter who serves me at any location, everyone is friendly. This location is huge, decor a bit lacking and it desperately needs a mini facelift- a paint job to hide the marks on the walls, plus there's odd graffiti in one of the restrooms and the soap dispenser is cheap, falling off the wall and leaving paint scratches. It's also a bit dusty given its location at Vail Ranch. I look forward to coming back and working my way down the menus! This is another terrific location of Press Espresso. I've been a fan of theirs for years. There is always a great selection of seasonal drinks in addition to their regular menu. They offer up pastries in the case that will go well with your beverage of choice. On my last visit, I had one of the drink specials, the Ginger Dream: espresso, ginger syrup, half and half, and cookies. This was a tasty ginger spiced drink that I enjoyed even if the holidays are over; I would enjoy this year-round. There is lots of seating at this location both inside and out. As always, the staff is great, too. I'm still a fan! read more

Wow. I remember coming here when it first opened. It was so-so then, shared the place with an ice cream place I think. I came back today and their interior design improved a lot and their coffee is SO great! My absolute favorite coffee shop in Temecula! I love the look of the old building at the Vail location. My go to drink is the BSC iced coffee. Everyone is always super sweet and helpful. I would have to say though I wish they opened a little earlier on the weekends and kept one schedule but I'll still wait to have my coffee a little later read more

This is the most interesting coffee shop I've been to. Not sure why there isn't a place like this in OC (unless I just haven't been looking hard enough). The flavors here are very unique and uses ingredients that I haven't seen used at other places. There are two other locations in this area, but I chose this one because it seems to be latest location (based on it having the least amount of reviews on Yelp). I love this location because it has an old, western look to it. It's located at the Vail HQ Plaza which has several other eateries and unique shops, all with same western look and vibe. This particular building was built around 1866, and is considered to be the oldest standing building in Temecula. You can find out more about the history of this building and the plaza by going to https://www.vailhq.com/history. Triple 'C' Breve Cortado was excellent. It's not a sweet drink but the hint of citrus and cinnamon gave it a refreshing taste, unlike any other coffee drinks I had in the past. Even with citrus it wasn't as acidic as I thought it would be. It balanced well with other ingredients. This drink is available hot or iced. Ginger Dream Breve Cappuccino was even better. It's more of a dessert drink but wasn't overly sweet. I thought it had just the right amount of sweetness for me. It didn't have a strong ginger flavor but still tasted good with maple and ginger cookie crumbs. I finished this drink in less than three minutes. It was that good. This drink is also available hot or iced. This will be a regular stop for me when I'm in Temecula. I can't wait to come back and try more drinks. read more

Hi! For pour overs at the temecula pkwy location we use Seraphim and for the other 3 locations we make pour overs by hand.
