Of course, since I was already in the store, I walked around as well. I could spend hours browsing the store. All the aisles were fully stocked, labeled, and organized. I found some items on clearance and some other good finds. The cashier informed me that clearance sales are considered final and are not refundable for a refund or exchange. As an artist presentation of my work in a quality frame is essential. Preservation Framer has been my sole custom framer since they opened their doors. The work is exceptional, quality products, attention to detail, prices are very reasonable and competitive, and Matt and his staff are great people . . which is always a plus! There are many places near my home to have framing done (and I've tried some in the past) but I choose to drive the 35 minutes to get their consistent professional quality. I highly recommend them! read more

There was no willingness to acknowledge the lack of disclosure or work toward a reasonable solution. It ultimately took escalation from MULTIPLE families to get the issue somewhat resolved. I'm glad I know this now as flexibility and understanding are qualities you would hope to see in a business that works with children and families, and unfortunately that was not my experience here.
