This place is great! I could walk around there all day. The service is perfectly fine and you can…read morepark right onsite. Ended up purchasing a great head-planter and creating a min-rock garden with it. It's held up great. There's something there for everyone and no, it's really not hard to find. In fact, I'm not sure how you can miss the place!

Don't expect to get a business type of greeting. This place is hard to find. No signs and it's tucked away between two businesses. There isn't any parking on site, so you either have to park at the business next door or take the side street, then park in back, then walk all around. (No entrance to get in) There are plenty of statues there, but they look tired and weathered. Some have chips missing. There is no rhyme or reason to the way they're laid out. You figure that religious are together, dogs, and other like items. Everything is out there like: "here's a free space, drop it there" type of layout. We spent 15 minutes walking around, and didn't see anyone there to help or ask questions. I don't know if he had cameras, or was looking out a window, but you figure we should of had someone greet us. BTW we were the only ones there that time on a Saturday afternoon. If your planning on buying one, expect to paint it, because, like I mentioned before, they are tired looking, and many of them were chipped. Looking for a quality piece? Deenie came to the session shaped with a three page information sheet (including reminders about how sharp cut glass is!), pre-cut and beautifully shaped options in several colors that we could select from for the top and bottom layers of our pieces, about 12 colors of paint, glass "chips" to sprinkle on our pieces and larger shaped bars and bits of glass to use for more explicit forms on our pieces, glue and other needed items. I was most impressed by the care Deenie took to demonstrate a number of steps we could take and styles/materials we could select from to make a piece tht was truly "ours", and by her offer of gloves to protect our hands. She provided us each our own "work stations" and a shared marked space for used spoons, toothpicks, etc to ensure that the fresh and altered glass supply wasn't going to get mixed. Deenie clearly communicated the steps we'd need to finish our pieces at home after she fired them for us, and also how long that process would take and where she'd deliver the finished work. She made sure we all labeled our pieces and stored them safely for transport to her kiln for firing. Class ran about two hours, and at the end all of the 15 or so the participants swarmed the tables to see what each of us had created. This class was so much fun! Deenie is a talented artist - and a talented teacher.
