I agree with most of the "Rip-off" statements. We went to notarize 2 pages. $60. The person behind the counter had to use an extra page because there was "no room" on our form. DO NOT Notarize here. He is trying to charge you for anything he can charge for. Greedy and sneaky. Could have warned us about "no room" and we could have printed the form on second paper. read more

Mr. & Mrs Patel will deliver the worst experience possible when it comes to notarizing your documents or any other shipping services. The woman took 30 mins to get a few pages notarized and she was mean every time when she spoke. They would also charge people $1 per box to drop off their UPS or Fedex packages. Rip off - Do not go here. I had a prepaid return label and wanted to drop off the package. I walked into The Postal Shop and told the lady it was prepaid. And she said it costs a dollar to leave it. I picked up the box and said others do try to rip people off. I drove over to Staples and said I have a prepaid drop off and they said "thank you" and smiled. I don't understand all of the 1 star reviews. Our experience was great. We needed to have a document signed by my wife and me notarized. Mr. Patel was courteous and professional. Cost was $15 x 2 because he had to notarize both signatures, so $30 total, which is the standard cost for this type of service. Only one person in front of us so we were in and out in about 10 minutes. read more

DON'T NOTARIZED your documents here. We went for notarization for 1 document which is DOUBLE compared to most of Notary services. But still we decided to pay $10 per document. My wife and I signed on this 1document. Gave $20 to get $10 back. Guy gave me receipt of $20. ONE DOCUMENT with 2 SIGNATURE COSTS $20!!! Can you believe this crap!! On my face he rip me off. I would not recommend any one to take Notary service because in the end, YOU WILL BE OVER CHARGED and get surprised. THIS PLACE IS RIP OFF!!!! read more

stop by there this morning to ship something I asked the guy if I could have a small amount of tape just to cover something on my package that is already wrapped but they told to me I have to buy a tape. So I just walked away and not plan to do business with them.I have a small business and I always help my costumers and always give them a favor and make them satisfied. read more

Worst service. The guy refuse to give ups drop of package receipt. He told if u want receipt go to ups store.

I'm never shipping anything from here again. $22 for UPS ground from here to IA for a 3 lb package that was worth $20. Now I know, next time I'll take the time to find a place that is reasonable and I'll drive a little further for it. read more

Do not risk using this vendor. The woman behind the country tried to triple charge me for a small package and when I politely corrected her math she was visibly angry and sullen. I should have taken my package back but didn't so no surprise it never showed up at the location and tracking shows it never left the facility. Of course they lied about that and the woman refused to look me in the eye. Total rip off. read more

I have dropped off a prepaid 2 day air UPS by 10am, it didn't get scanned till 6pm per online tracking, what is the point to drop off that early. We need more responsible place for shipping matter. Will avoid this place whenever. read more

Walked in today around 11:30am and by 11:40 I was walking out with 2 passport photos. $10.05 if I recall correctly. The woman behind the desk was friendly and fast - I would highly recommend this place if you need a passport photo quickly. read more

AVOID !!! Went in January to get photos taken for Canadian passport. Specified to the clerk the requirements for Canadian passport photo. Guy said they are familiar with requirements and have previously taken photos for Canadian passports. However, last week received letter from Canadian passport office saying photos are not up standards specified (flash reflections on face). Discussed with person who took photos. Said he just takes photo and does not care nor responsible if does not meet standards. Photographer said officers in Canadian passport office are idiots and randomly reject photos. Told him officer gave reason of flash reflections on face as reason for rejecting photos. Photographer refused to stand behind the quality of his work. He said it is a gamble "sometimes our photos pass and sometimes they don't " .Told him I didn't think that was fair and he should have told me that before accepting payment. Said need to pay again to retake photos and refused to offer refund. Told him I was disappointed in his service. He did not care. I then went to K & H Photography (near 680 & Alum Rock in San Jose). Photographer very pleasant and professional. He took his time making sure lighting is proper and took multiple shots. He guaranteed that the photos would meet requirements specified otherwise he would re-take take them for free. Told him I have already lost 6 weeks due to the last photos being rejected. Showed him previous photo. He said the previous photos were of poor quality caused by too much flash / improper lighting / cheap ink used to print photos. Wish I had gone to K & H photography in the first place. I recommend you do too - unless of course you like to take a gamble on someone who does not have the confidence and skill to back their work.
