The brussels sprouts with fig-balsamic glaze and parmesan were delicious, though! My friend ordered the gumbo, which she enjoyed but noted it was quite spicy! I chose the salmon, which is cooked en papillote with a banana leaf and served with a salad of arugula, bell peppers, mango, and papaya on top.
