Almost 2 hours later and still no word, so I went to see for myself. They were working on my dog when I got there, he'd been there for 6 hours at this point. I asked why the delay and they said I'd have to ask the groomer. I asked is the groomer the boss or are you and they just stared at me, My 100lb labradoodle apparently waited in a cage all day and they had no explanation. Bella has had two bathes and full "spa treatments" so far. The mobile unit is very clean, and I felt safe putting Bella in their hands. Over the phone and in person, everyone is very kind. It's easy to see that they are animal lovers. Bella had an appointment last week. She didn't want to enter the grooming vehicle because, it meant bath time. The groomers were so lovely, understanding and patient. Bella is very clean, her fur shining, she had a "mani/pedi, ears cleaned and they even brush her teeth. We have been twice for our dog's grooming - once after the facility JUST opened for a full groom…read more(bath, haircut, nails, etc) and recently for a paw trim / nail trim. The owner / groomer clearly prides herself on her work, loves animals, and is very kind. Our dog's paws get a lot of street gunk in them, and she is great about getting it out without traumatizing our pup, which is worth the $40 of the nail/paw trim combo. She's also very specific about haircuts and grooming, wanting any and all input from the dog's owner. There are places comparably priced (for a quick nail / paw pad trim even cheaper) but you never know who's back there and how they're treating your dog. I can say with confidence the owner Helen is worth every penny. Our dog is in great hands!

At 3 months old, our new pup was beyond fluffy and starting to feel uncomfortable. That's when we decided to take her to Paws R' Us. Making an appointment was easy, and the staff was very friendly. Not only did my pup look great after her first grooming and much-needed nail trim, but the staff helped to catch an ear infection that was brewing under all of her ear fur. We immediately took her to our vet for ear drops which quickly remedied the problem.
