When a challenge/experience arrives in my life, I get to face it knowing I can call on him if I want to. It matters. The knowledge that there is a therapist I have built trust with provides a freedom to face the unknown on my own, without being alone. In a perfect world, everyone would have a therapist. I had no idea how much my ability to work through challenges would improve, just from having someone to talk through the big ones with. Patrick in particular has a deep understanding of the ways our minds can respond to life, and provides that insight without the detached, clinical vibe so many therapists seem to approach patients with. It's something truly special that he brings to the table. Finding a therapist you vibe with is not a simple task. Having one is a gift. You are a gift, Patrick. Thank you.

I was initially apprehensive about seeing a male therapist as I worried that I'd be embarrassed to open up to him or that he wouldn't understand me. I was wrong. From the first meeting he just told me to say what was on my mind, I did and it was great and I left feeling like I'd actually done something that was helping me move in the right direction. He's friendly, kind, welcoming, a great listener, I don't know how he does it but he remembers pretty much everything, he's funny and you feel like he genuinely cares about what you have to say while helping you realize the reasons why you feel and act the way you do. Along with other important changes I've made in my life, he has truly been a great help in guiding me to be more assertive and quiet my own inner critic enough to find peace of mind. There is still work to be done and I know that Patrick will be able to continue to help me. It goes without saying that I highly recommend Patrick.

She always asked thoughtful questions, gave realistic homework to work on between sessions, and genuinely inspired me to want to change and move forward. One thing to note is that Nicole isn't the type of therapist who just sits and listens. She offers her opinions and advice, which I haven't seen many therapists do. Sometimes those are hard truths, but nearly every time she turned out to be right. Her approach, which is grounded in research and data, properly framed our discussions and helped me face issues with confidence. If you're ready to put in the hard work, I highly recommend seeing Nicole. You won't be disappointed!

From my very first conversation with Dr. Nicole, she made me feel comfortable. She took the time to tell me about herself, asked thoughtful questions about my daughters, and really wanted to understand their personalities and needs. What I appreciated most was how personal and collaborative the process felt. She took the time to get to know both me and my girls, and we worked together throughout their journey. I could share things going on in their lives that might help guide conversations during sessions, and she was always supportive and understanding. She was also incredibly flexible and helpful with our constantly changing schedules. Most importantly, both of my daughters genuinely enjoy their sessions with her and feel connected and comfortable talking with her. I'm so grateful that she has been a safe and open door for them as they've grown up -- especially through big milestones like one of them graduating. I've truly been able to see positive emotional growth and maturity in both of them. As an added bonus, she was able to work with our Kaiser insurance, which made the process even easier for our family. I highly recommend Dr. Nicole to any parent looking for someone caring, personable, and genuinely invested in helping kids thrive.

I've spent more than a decade as her client and she is one of the main reasons I have been able to survive my 20s and thrive in my 30s. When I reached out to her, I was struggling with trauma, depression, anxiety, hypervigilance, reactivity, aggression, and codependency with deeply unmet childhood needs and Linda truly was my saving grace. Through the corrective emotional experience of our therapeutic relationship, my nervous system healed, my trauma was metabolized, my beliefs transformed, and my reactivity turned into responsiveness. She showed me how to accept myself, to love myself, and catalyzed my journey to becoming a therapist. I am able to pay it forward because of the loving wisdom that Linda shared with me as my therapist, teacher, earth guide, and surrogate spirit mother. TL;DR: If Linda ain't your therapist, I feel bad for you son; I got 99 problems but Linda ain't one.
