I attended this workshop already in a healthy relationship, family, state of mind and place in my life. My goal was to overcome my fear to move forward on a goal I set 4 years ago. I have accomplished so many other goals but this particular goal, I've taken many courses to help me move forward in the past but I just couldn't understand why I was struggling. Within this short 4 hours, WOW, did I find out WHY. I am beyond thankful for Alexis teachings, the WHOLE course was mind-blowing in a positive way. The best part was, I've learned more about myself without her really saying anything.
