She always asked thoughtful questions, gave realistic homework to work on between sessions, and genuinely inspired me to want to change and move forward. One thing to note is that Nicole isn't the type of therapist who just sits and listens. She offers her opinions and advice, which I haven't seen many therapists do. Sometimes those are hard truths, but nearly every time she turned out to be right. Her approach, which is grounded in research and data, properly framed our discussions and helped me face issues with confidence. If you're ready to put in the hard work, I highly recommend seeing Nicole. You won't be disappointed!

From my very first conversation with Dr. Nicole, she made me feel comfortable. She took the time to tell me about herself, asked thoughtful questions about my daughters, and really wanted to understand their personalities and needs. What I appreciated most was how personal and collaborative the process felt. She took the time to get to know both me and my girls, and we worked together throughout their journey. I could share things going on in their lives that might help guide conversations during sessions, and she was always supportive and understanding. She was also incredibly flexible and helpful with our constantly changing schedules. Most importantly, both of my daughters genuinely enjoy their sessions with her and feel connected and comfortable talking with her. I'm so grateful that she has been a safe and open door for them as they've grown up -- especially through big milestones like one of them graduating. I've truly been able to see positive emotional growth and maturity in both of them. As an added bonus, she was able to work with our Kaiser insurance, which made the process even easier for our family. I highly recommend Dr. Nicole to any parent looking for someone caring, personable, and genuinely invested in helping kids thrive.

During our sessions, I feel that she carries herself in a very welcoming and chill positive vibe, which I love about her. Ariel has always been so accommodating and flexible when scheduling an appointment to meet with her. I am also appreciative when she gives me a confirmation text before we meet the next day even though I have it in my calendar already. It's definitely those little things that matters! Honestly, it was really hard for me to understand and tell myself that I needed a little help, mentally. I was terrified in reaching out to any therapist, but I'm so glad I reached out to Ariel! I love how I can freely have a conversation with her without any judgement, move from topic to topic, and know that she can keep up with my thoughts and emotions plus help me sort it all out. I have shared some heart felt, deep and meaningful conversations with Ariel that I'm so relieved to be able to get it off my chest. I definitely feel that since our first session in June, Ariel has been by my side to help me open up, grow, heal, and learn to love and accept myself. Meanwhile... your'e leaving her messages asking for assistance, she'll even be unresponsive on their portal even though it is your session time... Then she'll call you back finally! when you let her know you'd been trying to reach her so you could proceed with your session, she'll tell you "everything works fine, zoom links fine" and that since you took too long and the time is too late that she now has to reschedule... At the moment I felt like and I have felt this before about her and also older woman, Joanne Johanna maybe Johanna's not there anymore cause I don't hear her but there are too quick to respond. No Johanna's quick ...Nikki is seemingly disinterested about asking for information. IMHO I don't think she wants to be there or if she does and she needs some CUSTOMER PATIENT SERVICE training. She has a soothing voice, but she was looking for me to just start supplying information to her and I thought no I'm not gonna say sh_t, I felt the need to leave these so that other people and especially senior citizens are treated with respect. I wouldn't want anyone to lose their job but if they don't want to be there and don't want any more patient customer service then they don't need to be there in my opinion and also I've been in business for 40 years. I would never hire someone who doesnt know how to extend themselves to a patient on the phone. All the rest of your crew is great! Love them I noticed you have a lot of new people. They are wonderful to deal with, but I'm leaving my comments. Johanna may not be there anymore, but she had a harsh undertone to her whenever I talked to her so there you have it and the two stars is for those two not for the rest. Have a great day.

At one point, she told me my insurance was not valid--without even having my file pulled up. I contacted my insurance company myself, and they confirmed there are no issues. Despite this, the office failed to set up my appointment the four different times I reached out. To make matters worse, when I asked to speak with a manager, Jeanette transferred me back to the main line instead of connecting me with anyone who could actually help. This level of negligence is unacceptable, especially in healthcare where people's lives and well-being are at stake.
