I like that the music is not too loud. The people enjoy themselves and the atmophere is good. But the service is almost always way way too slow. The waitresses spend too much time talking with customers at the bar or disappears in the back for a long time. Even when it's not that busy, the waitresses usually just move too slow. And they don't look around when they come out to serve someone (while I am waiving my hand trying to get their attention!). The beer is good. I like that there are so many TVs with interesting sports events. I didn't like how they close the kitchen at 10 pm. Ordering fries or just something to eat would be nice to 11 pm. read more

The Point After is still probably one of the best places to watch a UFC fight and grab a beer. Got to get there early if you want a table though, this place gets pretty packed. You will see a lot of Affliction-wearing bros here, but with the gym right next door I guess it fits. Decent prices, lots of TVs showing different games, and a big projector for the fights. It gets a little on the rowdy side, but that's part of the fun. Service is a touch on the slow side but if you flag the girls down, they will take care of you. read more

I am a regular here and am constantly impressed by the staff when fight night or game night are at hand. It's obvious that in these situations this bar is understaffed. How the bartenders, waiters and chefs handle such volume, I can't imagine. I appreciate the hustle and tiring work. These people deserve a raise and or extra hired staff. The food was brought out quickly and Brittania was very prompt with keeping my beers full, checked on us frequently and was very friendly! Unfortunately I went there to play some pool and have a good time but found myself pretty bored as you do have to pay for the pool and they don't really have anything else going on besides watching some games on the many tvs they had. read more

Went there twice won't be going back for a while. Both of the waitresses we had were bad. One was slow and the other was so rude. There were like 6 TVs upstairs and even after we asked over and over to different employees no one turned on the jazz game. Seemed to be no management. Also the waitress wanted a credit card before we even ordered. Wtf? Then when I asked to settle up she wouldn't give me a receipt. I asked her 4 times for a receipt. She printed one off that didn't have my card number on it and the timestamp was wrong. The food is the only reason I have 2 stars. It is GOOD! If you go I liked the steak fingers (sounds weird I know) or the wings with Mexican candy sauce. read more

A fun place to get a big group of people together and watch some sports. I am more a dive bar kind of guy. But this place is nice and spacious. The drink prices were typical of most bars in the area. The service was quick and friendly. I am sure if in the area I might stop by again. read more

The Point After is one of my favorite hangouts to watch sports or UFC fights. It's a major Ute hangout. They do a party bus to-from the the games. They also do a lot of other outside events, like golf scrambles. They have an outdoor patio with a fire pit, which is nice when you feel like sitting outside. I love the food. It's bar food, but I'd say it's on the higher end of what you'd expect to get at a bar. Their burgers are superb. Drinks are about the same as any other place, but I feel like the staff make the place feel like a home away from home. read more

Went here the the Rousey V. Tate fight! It was packed good vibes, good food! I am going again tonight for the Rousey V. Holm fight! I WOULD be a huge fan of this place BUT, the rousey tate fight they had a cover charge, and that pissed me off. I'm from out of town and fortunately came across this establishment. I needed the Pac 12 Channel and called asking if they had it. I was given VIP treatment over the phone and came down and wasn't disappointed. Steve was spot on and talked B-ball when he had a moment. Great ambiance and crowd. The point after has a good atmosphere, decently priced menu and a wide variety of popular beers available on draft. My biggest complaint has to do with one experience with a waitress that completely changed my opinion. I work in an office of about 15 people, and we planned an event around a post that we saw on the website for $1 drafts on Mondays, Thursday's and Sunday's during NFL season. When we asked the waitress if we could order the deal we saw online, she told us the deal did not exist. She then proceeded to tell me that she could not contact the owner and there was nothing she could do even though we pulled up the website. She was condescending when I asked to speak with a manager and said they didn't have one. In my opinion, the customer service was extremely unprofessional and disappointing. For good priced beer this place is fine, but if you're looking for a good experience I would recommend looking elsewhere. read more

Have always loved this bar until recently when I gave my credit card at the beginning of the night and ended up paying cash at the end of the night. The waitress charged my card as well for the $150.00 tab. We paid $300.00 total for a dinner/drinks party for our friends and family. That's bull^&*(. And at one point Doug, the "owner" said he would give us a $75.00 credit. When I went in to get it it had "disappeared." Went in to talk to him again last Saturday night and he said we had no credit coming. I hope the waitress that got off with the $150.!00 in cash has a great new handbag or something.
