I had a consult for a lift on July 19, 2023. I had decided after having had a few other consults…read morewith other surgeons that i would have my surgery here. I was assured that I would not lose enough breast tissue for anyone to notice. I kept getting told i was getting a lift. Not a reduction. I secured financial responsibility and had all my visits to prepare for my surgery. On August 30th i went under the knife. Dr Steven Robinson didnt even have the decency to go and talk to my husband who was waiting for me. He called him. Very Unprofessional in my opinion. We had just spent $12,000. It would have been money well spent had he done his job and did it good. 20+ years "Dr" Robinson had been cutting into people and somehow I was the one that got butchered. My incisions were deep, crooked, he overlapped causing a crease in my skin under my arms and my left breast incision had been coming open and infected. I had to buy butterfly bandages to pull incision back together and that didn't even work. Not to mention I literally bled from my incisions for weeks. I went into surgery a DDD and came out a D....but I "didnt" get a reduction. I became very self conscious and didn't leave the house for 6 months. I had always been a big chested girl until Robinson cut into me. I had spoke to the office manager about getting some money back as all I had gotten out of this was a botched surgery and scars that will last a lifetime. (Not a lift) One of my scars (now that it's been almost 2 years) is literally 1.5" wide. I wanted a lift to feel sexy and now I'm scarred for life. I dont feel sexy i feel ugly and damaged. I couldn't wait any longer so I went to The Plastic Surgery Institue in Dayton where I got 440 cc's implants put in just to get back to a DDD. How did I get that big of implants if he didnt remove any tissue? After going back and forth with the office they refused to pay me anything. I even told the office manager about my implants. I asked how did I have to get that big of implants to get back to my size before surgery if he hadnt removed tissue. She didnt have any answer. I highly recommend you NOT have Robinson do anything for you. He obviously needs to retire! **I tried to post some pics but for some reason its not working.

I called his office and spoke with him and he said his office personnel must have accidently done this charge. He never corrected this! And he also did not reduce my breast at all! On the day of surgery, Dr. Fox was not only 30 min late to surgery, but somehow confused my procedure with another patients'. I had been waiting in prep, and the nurses had taken the liberty to begin muscle relaxers and sedatives before anesthesia. Dr. Fox arrived in plain clothes and started asking me about procedures that were not agreed upon. By this point, I was extremely drowsy due to the muscle relaxers, and not to mention stressed and highly anxious. I had to go into complete detail of the surgical procedures we had agreed to. He should have been prepared, on time, knowing very well what he was going to do to my body. He also was asking me to make decisions/ changes the procedure minutes before we were going under the knife. He seemed discombobulated and unprepared and I should not have been forced to make decisions while under sedatives. The results are fine. I have regrets about certain aspects of it but there were no complications after the surgery was done. It seems like Dr. Fox flies by the seat of his pants and usually gets by being nonchalant. But this experience really bothered me and I hope moving forward he is more prepared going into surgery.

Originally he said my face was well portioned after fat injection and cheek implants. I looked like an alien. Every one would tell me my face didn't look right! But Dr Mangat would look at me as my cheekbones look like they were ready to take flight in their aircraft and say, " no your face is in proportion." He then charged me cost and operating room cost plus more to fix his work. The second time was not a charm. For the third operation he would forfeit his cost but I still had to pay for the anesthesia. By this time I was already $19,000 in and I just couldn't let him touch my face anymore. I needed the hollows in my cheeks filled in. I did not need fat or implants put on my cheekbones! He destroyed my looks and I have nightmares. I went to another surgeon and it's difficult to get the fat out of my cheekbone area! I hope he is retired.
