I was in town for my niece's graduation from SUNY Oswego with my mom, niece, and nephew and were staying at the Marriott SpringHill Suites in Syracuse. We arrived at 10pm and were hungry, so I asked the guy at the front desk for food places that were open that late in the area and he recommended here and gave me their menu. I called to place an order for delivery and a lady answered and immediately placed me on hold. No problem, except, she never came back and after 7 minutes, the call disconnected. I called back, she again answered and placed me on hold, but this time the hold was brief and I was able to place my order. She was helpful in answering questions about menu items. I ordered a medium pizza, half pepperoni and half cheese $14.99, 10 medium buffalo wings $15.99, and 10 everything wings $15.99. The menu didn't say what was in the everything wings but the lady explained it over the phone and it sounded very intriguing. Apparently, it has won the 2023 wing king award! The wings were definitely the star! The everything wings were really good! A lot of good flavors combined and I liked they were generous with the sauce. I came home to a menu shoved under my door and thought "what the heck, I'll try them!" Seems like they're moving to a new location soon, but at the moment they're still in the strip in the Lyncourt neighborhood near Nice Biscuit. The shop is pretty small. There are a couple of stools but this is more of a take-out vs eat in place, which is fine. A couple of qualms. I was going to grab a seltzer from the fridge but ultimately put it back because it added $3 onto my total. When I bought a double can at a gas station for half as much earlier in the day I just can't justify that kinda upcharge. More worrisome, I'm a pescatarian and was sold a pizza that had chicken on it. Went with the firework fry pizza. On the menu that was slipped under my door, there was no mention of chicken on the pizza, but on Yelp, somebody mentioned it having chicken tenders. When I called and placed my order, I specifically asked whether it had meat on it and the cashier told me no. I did peek at the box at the shop but the chicken looks a lot like the fries so I didn't notice until I got it home. Maybe I should have asked about chicken specifically, or been clearer that I was a vegetarian? Regardless, it would be pretty easy to check and it's also a big faux pas to not clearly label a meat item on a menu. The chicken was pretty big chunks so I picked it off, but I would have preferred it be omitted from the get go. The pizza itself was good, albeit carbariffic. Price the pizza a was good, and nice that could get smaller size for around $10. The menu has a lot of calorie dense items, so this spot is good if you want to indulge. I do love all the creative specialty pizza options they advertise. Mine was loaded with fries, jalapeños, cheese, ranch, and special sauce and was admittedly pretty tasty. Healthy eating is on my horizon for the immediate future, so I probably will not be back super soon. read more

Finally! I got the chance to try a new pizza spot. I NEVER eat pizza! So I went on their Facebook page to do a delivery order. The actual delivery time ended up being late. But when I called to verify my order earlier, the number I gave online was one number off. They tried to call me and explain. Oops, my bad. When the order arrived, I was heading out the door to my sons house to watch some March Madness. The delivery had to wait another 15 min trip. Total trip time prolly 1/2 to an hour before eating. I know what " box steam " can do to a traveling pizza. But let me tell you, it was worth the wait! The first I tried was the pizza with cupping pepperoni and sausage. Traditional brick oven NY pizza. Wow. I was very pleased. Top 10 Cuse area! I could only imagine eating it after it came straight out of the oven. It would've been amazing. We also ordered a Detroit style pizza. That too was authentic and true to the name. To our surprise they threw in an order of wings. I guess compensation for the delivery time. No need, but greatly appreciated. I believe they were the everything wings. I gotta say, they were very unique. I never had that taste in a wing sauce before. Crispy and covered with plenty of sauce too. One of a kind, and on point! They need to represent with those in The Battle of The Wings that is coming up! I'm not sure of what the side sauce was. Tasted like a sweet heat. Great to dip the wings in! Maybe even to drizzle over the pizza!‍ All in all a great experience. My family who dined also agreed. I'm definitely a fan. Next time I'll have to try some calzones, or some other menu items. This is my favorite place in Syracuse to get pizza. I always order from here when my little cousins come over. Their wings are just as good as their pizza. Always fresh ingredients and cooked to perfection. Get the specialty sauce if you get the wings. There's not much more to say other than this place hiiiiitsssss. You won't be dissapointed!!! Family owned by a former manager for Pies Guys Pizzeria, Pizza Cutters opened in 2018 in Lyncourt and say they serve "Syracuse style" pizza, which means a slightly thicker crust that, more often than not, is cut into strips rather than wedges, although they'll cut it however you want. The shop serves the classics: pizza, wings, subs, salads, calzones and wraps. Fried haddock is available daily. They also offer catering, with more Italian favorites such as eggplant parmesan and lasagna. Friends of ours have raved about Pizza Cutters, so naturally, we had to check them out. Their menu is very interesting, a ton of very creative topping combinations, so it definitely caught my interest. Wife and I ordered on a Saturday. The girl who answered the phone was not at all friendly and seemed bothered by my call. We tried the Firework Fry pizza, topped with fries, chicken tenders, jalapenos, mozzarella, cheddar and boom boom sauce, and an order of breaded mushrooms and hot wings char grilled. Food was ready when I got there, on time when I was told it would be. Small, delivery/take out only place, no seating. Easy on street parking right in front. Again, employees were not very welcoming. I walked in to the woman at the counter having some kind of argument with their delivery driver, who was dropping F bombs like there was no tomorrow. Now, I'm not at all offended by the language, but it's definitely unprofessional, especially making a customer wait while you finish up your heated discussion. Woman at the counter again wasn't very friendly or welcoming when she finally did acknowledge me. Got home and we really liked the pizza. I'm a firm believer that pizza that is cut into squares is no good, and I probably would've asked for triangles had I known, but the pizza was good. Ton of flavor, toppings were great. The wings were not, on the other hand. 0 sauce on them, just bone dry, not even any sauce in the container from them. Wife loved the mushrooms though, said they were some of the best she's ever had. IM A LONG TERM GOOD CUSTOMER and I called to place a order today, last order I made was 12/17/24, and was charged for Xtra cheese when it was standard cheese, having pizza from here many times to know this! I was given a discount from a manager for the Wednesday special and/or rewards points, was told with my next order would be Xtra cheese, free of charge! I called to place a order today and I got lied to more than once, by the owner Sal's daughter Mya, stating she is the general manager refusing to give you her name 5+ times! She HUNG UP on me, 3 TIMES when I was being polite and respectful and considerate asking about my order!??!! Mya said that she only has to say that she is the general manager and NEVER has to say her name to any customer! She also said if you call the restaurant, you ask for the General manager and she STILL won't be giving any customer her name! Talk about REAL SHADY BUSINESS !!!! I had to contact the Dewitt location 3x because I was concerned I would not get my order, to also try to get in contact with the owner, and to make a complaint about this employee! If I didn't know what I ordered, I wouldn't have known it was supposed to have a pesto flavor. It was just a background flavor to me. I really really wanted to love this place considering it is so close to my house, however I can't give it more than 3 stars. It was "okay" but that's all it was. I got the extra large pepperoni pizza and chicken riggies, which came with 2 garlic knots. The garlic knots were so hard on the top that it hurt my teeth to bite through but the doughy parts were good. The riggies... just don't get them from here it tastes like pasta with marinara sauce from a jar. The pizza would be good party pizza but for the price I expected more than that! We've been ordering from The Pizza Cutters for a long time now. My husband's only complaint was that the food wasn't hot when it got here. I saw that they had a "Big Mac" Pizza and had to try it. Loaded up on pizza, boneless wings, mushrooms, fried cheese curds (their menu is huge, btw), and jalapeno poppers, for just the two of us. This time I picked it up myself. Left a note to make sure it was hot and it absolutely was. Everything is always tasty. My first time going into the restaurant and it was clean and modern. Everyone there was so friendly, even answering all of my questions on messenger, even though I know they were busy. I highly recommend this place. Not a lot of flavor to any one of the three. Virtually no sauce on the pie that we ordered regular sauce on. Tomato sauce has no herbs- like eating tomato soup. Cheese is flavorless. first time order and review here. small chicago pizza, small brick oven pizza philly cheesesteak and reg wings THE chicago pizza, like east of chicago or pump shops close by, pretend to make a chicago style pizza, but not a real chicago style pizza. they believe if they make it the same SHAPE as a chicago style pizza then they can call it that, no dice. they used regular pizza dough and form it in the shape of a chicago style pizza,,,NOT GOOD. but if these places claim that their dough is the real chicago style for pizza then they are not even close. normally a butter crust with good flavor and feel and crunch. the sauce isnt too bad though tasty strong tomato flavor, not really supposed to be sauce but chunks of a certain roasted seasoned tomato. despite the wrong dough, it was edible. 3 outta 10 THE brick oven pizza is simply a plain flat pizza with decent flavored sauce with a little too much cheese plopped on it. nothing special 2 outta 10 THE philly cheesesteak sub was average, plain sub roll kinda cheap with semi good chopped london broil wasnt too awfuly bad, edible 4 outta 10 THE wings were the best outta the bunch. had them at taste of syracuse. got the reg with garlic parm were actually pretty good 7 outta 10 read more

Worst service I've ever personally experienced. Was told our order would b here in an hour, waited for an 1.5 to call and check about the order status was told it will b here momentarily, nothing.
