Absolutely love every experience at Pastaru Pastificio--especially with their recent menu change…read more Every dish felt intentional, fresh, and packed with flavor. You can really tell they take pride in their pasta here, it's perfectly cooked and tastes like it's made in-house (because it is!!) The new menu brings such a fun, elevated twist while still keeping that authentic, comforting Italian feel. Everything we tried was a hit--rich sauces, high-quality ingredients, and beautiful presentation across the board. The atmosphere is cozy but still has that trendy, date-night energy, and the service was just as good as the food--friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. Simone and his team are the BEST!!! This is one of those spots that you leave already planning your next visit. If you haven't been since the menu change, RUN back--you're seriously missing out.

Been ordering different pastas of theirs with bolognese sauce for delivery quite a bit lately, love…read moretheir bolognese sauce! But I kept seeing an option for Fusilli Realfredo which basically "realfredo" is simply butter & Parmesan cheese. Knowing it wouldn't be as fresh via delivery, I took a visit to eat there. Ordered that dish with chicken cutlet and saw they have a couple of Spritz drinks for only $8.95 so I got a lemoncello spritz. Both were delicious and the food is always a generous serving especially for the price.

Look I can't rate the restaurant because I only had their chicken soup and their other dishes may…read morebe fine However, I ordered their chicken soup And the soup and packaging was terrible Their soup had these tremendous noodles And no carrots and celery as advertised Their soup had very little broth and mostly noodles And instead of using soup containers, they use food containers to put the soup in And one of the soups leaked and spilled all over my table So you should make the following changes to your chicken soups 1- Put thin noodles instead of gigantic noodles 2- put carrots and celery in as advertised 3- put the soup in soup containers not food containers 4- add more broth and less noodles

Been eyeing this place as we have never been nor seen one around. Decided to give it a shot as we…read moreenjoy noodles. Walked in and immediate thought was fast food noodle place. Place was empty. Placed order at the counter was given a number and then sat. Food arrived shortly. Wifey ordered the small shrimp scampi and I the small Korean beef Mac and cheese. Wifey thought the noodles were a lil undercooked but still enjoyed the dish and thought portion was perfect. My dish was good except could have used less salt. Beef was kinda dry but the gochujang definitely brought out the flavors which made it decent. Overall not bad. I'm interested in trying the other dishes but it's not something that I'm gonna yearn for. The place does bring variety to the food scene as my wife and I are starting to get tired of the usual places we eat out at.

My job had an event here. We held a meeting over dinner. The workers were very attentive and…read morefriendly. The Establishment is clean and well maintained. For starters, two kind of salads came out. The first one was a Caesar and the second one I had spring leaves feta cheese avocado and addressing already on it. I prefer the second one. They both were good however. The table was also presented with a serving of Calamari Fritté. I did not taste it. I don't know what they put on that rolls, but they came out warm with like a sweet glaze on the top. I'm assuming some kind of maple butter. I had three of those. Don't tell anyone Also as an appetizer was Tomato Bruschetto with pistachio pesto. I also have way too much of that. It was delicious and fresh. One main ain course was Shrimp Fettuccine Alfredo. I don't eat shrimp so I can't tell you how that was. The other was Rigatoni alla Vodka which was very rich and good. Sauce tasted homemade and not out of the bottle like some places. I also grabbed another piece of bread with that. But again we won't talk about that. We have two proteins. One was Chicken Francese. It was very tender. A light crisp on the outside in a nice flavorful sauce. The other protein was Grilled Salmon in a butter herb sauce. I only had a few bites of salmon. I rarely eat salmon out because I don't know how it's sourced. The flavor was fine however. For dessert, they had fruit and a couple of cakes. One cake served was Gigi's Butter Cake. I think they put some crack in it because it is addictive. Very rich, buttery and served warm! I ate one there and took one home. Shhhhhhhh The other cake was New York style cheesecake. I can't tell you how that tasted because I also took that slice home. I have more cake than I can eat at the moment. If you want some let me know

Came here on Mother's Day after making reservations a week in advance. When I checked the app to…read moreconfirm my reservation, it was gone. I thought I was losing my mind until I checked my text messages and saw they sent a confirmation text asking me to press 1 to confirm or 2 to cancel. I pressed 1 and somehow the system canceled my reservation. I honestly think it's crazy for a restaurant to automatically cancel a reservation because someone doesn't respond to a text right away. I was sleeping and didn't even see it until about an hour and a half later. Huge turn off. I called and thankfully they added me back, but it definitely started the experience off wrong. Once we arrived, we checked in and sat at the bar while waiting for our table. The bartender took about 25 minutes just to acknowledge me and take my drink order, which was disappointing. When we finally got seated, I realized they were only offering a prix-fixe family-style menu for Mother's Day. I understand limited menus on holidays, but I think each guest should still have the option to choose their own entrée because not everyone likes the same foods. I asked if we could add an extra appetizer, and our waitress who was very nice checked with the manager and they accommodated us. The issue was they didn't bring the extra appetizer out until after the entrées came. At that point it made no sense, and when I asked if they could remove it from the bill, they wouldn't accommodate that. Now for the food: Chicken Parmesan: slightly burnt and lacked flavor Beef medallions: needed salt and seasoning Lasagna: way too much ricotta cheese Shrimp scampi: honestly tasted like a 3-year-old made it -- just noodles and barely seasoned shrimp with almost no butter sauce Not everything was bad though: The bread was amazing Calamari was decent Meatballs were really good Cheesecake was amazing Sangria was very good and definitely gave me a little buzz The table service outside of the bar was actually great, and the portion sizes were generous. Ambiance was ok, bar just looked messy. They probably should have more than one bartender at a busy restaurant like this. Especially on Mother's Day. Overall, I probably wouldn't return unless I specifically wanted the meatballs and sangria.
