Mount Shasta is our "halfway point", and we just love the little town. We woke to hit the road home, went outside to load our things, when I noticed my tire was flat the rim. I put in a AAA request. Within 20 minutes, David from Ramshaw's towing arrived. We discovered together that my car does not have a spare tire, but only a tire air compressor. David was so kind, quick to find a solution, and even let us load up in his truck to tow us (and my car) to the nearest tire shop. He had already called the tire shop and confirmed that we would be arriving and that they had the correct tire in case a replacement was needed. David was great, from start to finish! It's nice to know that if anything should happen like this again, we a place to call that we're comfortable with and already have a repoir with.
