I called for a quote and I was told that I can either go to their office or they can come to me to speak about what they offer. I met with Robert and bis presentation had me sold. They have 3 different packages at different prices. I was looking for him to play at a party I was having for my daughter who was graduating high school. He had 3huge screen t.Vs, so much lighting that the party literally felt like it was a nightclub. All guests were given props for the dance floor, balloons as well, the kids loved that! The music was great. I gave him pictures to play during the dinner with a specific slideshow and he also had monogram as well. All the music requested for him to play was played. I had so much fun! I originally had a Chicago House Dj in the works, but decided to go with The Pink Noise and I can't tell you how happy I was to do so. The event coordinator Claudia was just what we needed to make the wedding have a natural organic flow. The new couple introduction was so perfect and I know there wouldn't have been anyone better to do it than her. I even had a few last minute request from my in-laws which could be a nightmare for a bride, but they made it all work as if it was always planned. Roberto and his team kept our guests entertained throughout the whole night! We received many compliments about how great the DJs were at our wedding reception. The dance floor was packed the whole night. We had a few specific requests (video montage, etc...) and slides to be shown on the screens and after going through our final schedule with them we felt confident in their team. The photo booth was a hit! It was a fun surprise that they incorporated design elements (Mr. & Mrs. and floral design from our videos shown at the reception) on the photo strips. The photos are a great recap of our guests and all the fun had that night. When visiting friends and family we have seen the photo booth strips displayed in their homes. The only change we were a little surprised by was that Roberto was originally going to DJ; however, he didn't end up being the DJ that day. He explained the reasoning when we follow up with him after the wedding. A few times during planning it was a little tough to get a hold of him but overall we would recommend Pink Noise to DJ an event. read more

I'm going to be honest with you. The Pink Noise is great, but honestly I can't give them more then 3 stars. I only have one daughter and this was her big birthday party. So I paid $3,500 for a package and I was okay with that. But a couple of hiccups happened. We rented the LED robot and he never showed up, we paid for glow sticks and hats and never received them. After asking him about the LED Robot , he gave me an explanation and I accepted it, but I think the whole situation threw him off and he wasn't on his A game. Are they the best in the business? Yes... but did he lay an egg on the most important day in my daughters 15 years? Yes I think he did. I did receive a $350 refund for the Robot, glow sticks and hats, read more

BEWARE! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DJ SERVICE!! We had our wedding day May 27,2017 and we were looking for a DJ that would play Christian music. As Hispanics, we all love to dance, so me and my wife as Christians wanted to play Christian music, Christian bachata, Christian cumbia, Christian salsa. You would be surprised how much good Christian music is out there! We expressed the importance of this, we even budgeted ourselves to make sure the DJ was one of THE important things to get done! Roberto (the owner) said not to worry that he had plenty of events like this. So we went with his services. We expressed a couple times we met to sign papers that this is the type of music to be played. He wrote it on the contract and said don't worry, we got you! The day of the wedding, one of his DJs came and did not have an Itinerary. Luckily I had one so I handed it over to him. He completely messed up on the whole Itinerary, did not read the names in order, messed up names of the bridal party (couples not matched together). We also paid for the "starry night" which he uses a fog machine and laser lights pointed up to reflect like we were dancing on the clouds for our first dance and that didn't happen. No one told me anything and later was told their equipment failed. You would think they would have a backup generator to prevent these things. Never even seen it being setup so who knows if they even brought it! Then the DJ proceeded with playing music that was not In our contract. I had to tell the DJ countless times about the music and he played one Christian song that was actually in our Itinerary but never played any others. He played vulgar music with curse words and that was completely unacceptable! I talked to Roberto and told him about the experience and he said he was sorry and he wanted to correct it. I wanted a refund. I didn't go out and pay $3000 for a service that this company did not fulfill. After some phone calls of negotiations, Roberto agreed to refunding us $1000. He said a date of the refund and that date passes. I call and he says next month, that his company was slow. I had no issue and said sure that's fine. Months pass and still no update so I call again and he says the same thing, no money but then offers to send us a couple checks dated and says I can pay you in payments. Again, I say it's fine. No checks come in the mail and I call again and he proceeds to say they are in the office, he thought someone sent them and asks me to send him my address in text. I text him the address and nothing comes in. I have been nothing but patient with him and at that point I realize, this man is not going to refund us. I call one last time and He says "what do you want from me? You want to sue me?" Be a man of your word, if you promised a refund be a man and be professional because it's not me you are hurting at this point, fear for your company! He said from the first phone call that he wants to make this right but shows me a different side. PLEASE BEWARE! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN OR THIS COMPANY!! Unprofessional and deceiving! Don't be fooled by the reviews and the flashy lights. Yes his equipment is nice but if the service is crap it's not worth it! Please I advise you guys to do your research before you book anyone for that matter. This was such a horrible experience for me and my wife. Having to call this man every time was stressing us out especially my pregnant wife at the time. Save yourself the headache. You don't want your big event being ruined by this DJ company. As of today March 10, 2019 we have yet to receive any refund or a call from them. Shows you what type of person you will be doing business with. BBB has been contacted about this matter. He breached a WRITTEN and VERBAL contract. Booked these guys for my wedding last week, and I couldn't be happier with my choice. From the beginning Robert was a pleasure to work with, he asked a lot of questions to make sure he knew exactly what we wanted and expected at our reception. He also helped us choose the right package for us based on our venue and amount of guests. Were do I start?? First of all I met with Robert two years in advance and gave a down payment the year of the event. On the day of the event the DJ never showed the slideshow pictures of my kids as they grew up that lead to the day of the event like they said they promised they would. Mind you I had talked to Robert two days in advance before the event and he stated he had everything in order. I did ask the DJ if he had showed the slideshow of polyandry he lied straight to my face and said yes. I did inquire by asking several of my guest if they seen the slideshow and everyone stated they never seen anything and they could only recall seeing the videos of they music that's was playing. Next my kid had made a list of songs that were to be played the day of the event, mind you it was her party!!! None of the songs were played. One of the guest requested a song and that was never played so once again I asked the DJ why he didn't play the song requested and he stated that he didn't know what song it was.....why wouldn't he ask me??? By that time it was to late and my guest was very upset!! I called the owners wife Claudia the very next day about all that had happened. I have yet to hear from her or Robert because she was going to do an investigation. That was 9-8-19 and here I am with no answers!!! They sure were pushy with the last payment called me like three time so I know there phone works but now I can't even get a returned phone call!! I did pay a lot of money for there services which I didn't have a problem doing but this is bad service. Today is 9-17-19 and nothing!!! Very disappointed!!!! read more

We hired pink noise to be our wedding DJ, and we are so glad we did! Everyone keeps saying how much fun they had and that the DJ rocked! He kept everyone out on the dance floor all night, family and friends that aren't much of dancers were out there all night dancing the night away! Roberto was very helpful, everything went smooth, he kept to the schedule we provided. They contacted us weeks before the wedding and go over any request, and the schedule, depending on your package they create a slideshow of pictures, and have many other things they offer. I was recommended to hire Pink Noise through a really good friend, but regretfully was not the experience we were hoping for. The owners are great people and are very communicative- which this surely should receive 5/5 stars. The downfall was their DJs that were assigned to the wedding. They lacked professionalism and experienced. For the hefty price I paid, I was expecting more of an upscale service. Sure the lighting and projections were great as well as the other props, but the "hero" of the service should have been the Master of Ceremony and especially the music. First of all, during the reception, the bass was too strong and loud which was very obnoxious. It was so loud that I couldn't hear the song that was playing-again during dinner. I tried to make this known to the DJs, but they ignored me and waved me off-lack of professionalism. Secondly, the voice of the MC was very hard to understand. His voice was very muffled throughout the whole time when he was introducing the couple's family members. This was also a huge disappointment. Thirdly, the music was out of date. I didn't hear music that was at the top of the charts. Please make sure that if you go ahead and hire them, to ask for EXPERIENCED DJs. read more
