We were extremely impressed with the company's professionalism throughout the entire planning process! From the staff who answered our emails to those that hung up the lights the day of, everyone was extremely helpful and assisted in making our special day run smoothly. We got married on a Friday and had the option to split the cost of the lighting package with the couple getting married on the following day-this was a great alternative that the company offered us! If you are looking to add some extra flare to your event space (especially those brides/grooms getting married in a loft/industrial space!), we would highly recommend looking into MDM Entertainment!

Once we made our first deposit, Tony sent us login info for our online client data base, which we were able to make our "must play, maybe play, and absolutely do not play" playlists. I LOVED that we were able to organize the music in this way, as I was much more at ease for what the evening would look like. For the entire year of our engagement, Tony responded to all emails within an instant. For my father-daughter dance, I had arranged it with my dad that he was to choose a song, and it would be a surprise to me up until the minute it played at our reception. Tony and my dad corresponded back and forth without me knowing, and this was pulled off without any issues! The day of our reception, which was the first time I was even meeting Tony, he put me at immediate ease. He came up to my fiance and I, introduced himself, and quickly ran through how the evening would go. I was worried about the amount of talking via DJ would be taking place (I HATE going to weddings and the DJ acts more like an emcee the entire night, rather than a DJ) but Tony was PERFECT. He checked in with us throughout the night and everything went as planned. Another thing I loved about this company was the way in which songs transitioned into each other. There was not a second where one song would end and silence took place. Each song went straight into the next. Our dance floor was full ALL NIGHT LONG! We also used Extreme Sounds for our reception uplighting. I had been emailing with Tony up until days before our wedding trying to nail down the color I was going for. I sent Tony two pictures of what I was going for, he said he would make it happen, and it was the exact amber color I was envisioning!

RE: Business Owner's Reply- I do not know how you are surprised after ignoring me multiple times when I was ready to move forward with reviewing a contract. You ignored me over 2 weeks and we had a professional relationship. You also gave me 3 Wedding Venues that you said you are "preferred vendor" for, without me asking. I checked all 3 of them and you clearly lied to me. Also, Tony, you response to my review says "some of our reviews tells you that our customers were referred by their venues". This is factually incorrect of your Yelp reviews. I checked all 80 of them. None do. Another lie here.

Giovanni made sure every aspect of our party was covered. He asked what type of music we wanted, what age group of people would be there, and totally customized the party for us. It was definitely noticeable that Giovanni put many hours in prior to event, and it did not go unnoticed. From the up lighting he used, to the many props he shared with the guests, to the prizes he handed out to the younger guests, we could not have chosen a better DJ. Many guests took his business cards and were talking about booking him for their kids birthdays, graduations, etc...We definitely will be using Baci Productions and Giovanni for all our future events!

He did her wedding and everything went well. Unfortunately, we didn't even get to the wedding with this DJ. We met for a consultation and to go over any questions and the contract. BTW, the original "contract" that was sent to me was a piece of paper that had the name of the wedding, the date, and a line for my signature. This tells me nothing and protects nobody should you need to make changes or cancel. We received a better contract when we met in person, although still no verbiage about a cancellation clause. A couple months after meeting and signing a contract, I sent an email with a question. I received a response within the day, but it didn't really answer my question. So, I clarified the question. I had other things on my mind (I was planning a wedding, remember) and forgot to follow up in the next few days. When I remembered it, a few weeks had gone by. When I reached out to Giovanni (the owner) as to why I hadn't heard back from him and that I hope that we didn't continue to have communication issues moving forward, his response wreaked of nothing but attitude and blame, stating that if I hadn't received his response I could've called him. (I'm downplaying the email exchanges, as there were a few more that got progressively worse from him). Not exactly the attitude that a professional or a business owner of any kind should have. I let my friend know of the horrible attitude and response and that we'd be looking for a new DJ. We would have enough to worry about the day of the wedding, we didn't need to worry if he would show up or give us attitude day of. Low and behold we found a new DJ - so much more professional and friendly. So, I followed up with Giovanni to let him know that we would no longer need his services (remember, there was no cancellation clause, so we weren't losing anything but our $100 deposit). He responded within seconds of receiving my email that simply said "Your services will no longer be needed." His response.... "Awesome!" Truly a lack of professionalism. Do not waste your time with this man who claims to have been doing this for over 20 years. He clearly is not a business owner that cares about building up his business with positive experiences and word of mouth.
