We were able to ask him questions and worked out some ideas we would like to try with the DJ. Our DJ was Terry. He did a wonderful job keeping things moving along and also worked with us on doing Karaoke for the reception. We were kind of worried on how it would work but he did a great job with making sure the party kept going. Also, communication with DJ Terry was fantastic. Our schedule was slightly chaotic due to the wedding party getting pictures where he came out and introduced himself without having us to find him. From there, he seem to work with the staff at our venue and the wedding party when we had to take impromptu group photos. I would recommend using Spinnin' Disc if you have any special events going on. We had a wonderful wedding and things seem to move smoothly with great music and fun.

They had helpful organizational tools leading up to the event that kept us on track with which songs we needed and gave us an easy place to log them. We had a prep call with our DJ, Chris, who asked us questions about our musical taste, level of DJ interaction we wanted at the wedding, etc. And on the day-of, he delivered: the dance floor was packed and everyone had a fantastic time. My biggest fear in hiring a DJ is that they would be cheesy, or not be able to read the room, and Chris was neither of those things. He even met with me for coffee a few months before the wedding because he wanted to be sure that he understood our vision, music tastes, etc. The dance floor was full all night. So many people came up to me afterward and commented that they had never seen such a creative DJ - his transitions between songs were so fun, and he was flexible and knew how to keep the party going. He also provided all of the sound equipment for the entire day. We played a video during the reception, and even though he wasn't responsible for the equipment, he quickly jumped in when it looked like the sound wasn't working. He had great ideas about the flow of the evening and, after our discussion, he paired us up with DJ Andrew. Their online portal was super easy to use and we had the opportunity to add in all of the special events we wanted during the evening. Andrew was great about helping us coordinate everything, especially since our reception ended up being a bit of a variety show. I appreciated that Andrew and his assistant, Scott, took care of all the details. They showed up early to set up, kept us on schedule throughout the evening, and made sure to play our "must play" songs and other requests at the times requested. Robbie even made sure to follow up with me at various times throughout the process to make sure everything was going well. These guys are great and really care about their customers.
