I was told one thing by Skylar and then another thing by another staff member. I kept trying to reach management and I even went to the place a couple of times and called SEVERAL times and left voicemail messages as well as spoke to other staff besides management who were very apologetic. The last time I called, 12/17/2025, I was told that the manager will be out of the office until January 2026. I left plenty of messages in November and December. There is no longer consistency between classes. You may feel like you gotten a really good workout one day to go back the next and be completely let down. All I have to say is.. I'm a Pilates girly now…read more I am writing this review as someone who is in to fitness and trying out new workouts, but never before tried Pilates. I found Village Pilates on ClassPass and booked the "beginner mat" class the night before. Getting there- There is meter parking right in front of the studio and you ring the doorbell for an instructor to let you in. As a first timer, they asked me to fill out a waiver upon walking inside. They ask for some generic information like birthdate and home address, but they also have a space where you can notify them of any injuries or health needs that should be known before taking the class. When I wrote that I had scoliosis, Len checked in with me and said I should let him know if I feel any pain during class so that he can provide me a modification. The experience- I was pleasantly surprised by my ability to follow the instructors sequence and pacing. "Len" was the instructor for the beginner mat class. He was super patient and helpful in correcting any errors in my form in a kind and respectful way. Overall a great experience and I can't wait to go back!
