They have handball and paddle courts, a gym for basketball, a machine room and a weight room. It's not a blinged-up gym like Midtown or Lifetime but honestly you get what you need and pay way less. Like if you go a month without going in, it's cheap enough that you don't worry about it. The payment plan couldn't be easier. No corporate bs contract to sign or up-charging for stuff and as long as you aren't looking for a massage room, daycare, or Pilates classes or anything, you'll get what you need as far as working out. There's not a pool onsite, but you can buy punchcards to the Natatorium down the street with your membership.

The weight room is well stocked and organized. The one draw back to the room is that the area for doing sit-ups, or any other floor work is so small that if one person is using the matts you have to wait or just do your excorsize on the hard floor. Not a big deal and since it is a small gym there isn't much they can do about it but it is something to keep in mind. That said if you don't mind working out on the hard floor there is room to do that. The staff is friendly and the gym is clean and well lit. I work out there a lot and definitely recommend it.

This includes wonderful trainers who can take you from zero to hero as far as someone who NEVER works out, to someone who can develop a fitness routine. Programs: Lots of great programs like Tennis-In-No-Time, swim lessons for kids, and as I said before, great trainers you can book to achieve your personal goals. Tons of equipment to choose from in a bright, open space. Some regulars you can get to know and learn techniques from. CONS: Pool area feels too "open". Don't need peep windows all around the pool. I felt weird swimming in there so I never did. Close it off. Management change up/corporate vibe. Don't let you even hold your account for a month now (even though they used to). It's a pricey, luxury gym with clients that pay more to get more so making people jump through tons of hoops to hold a month for travel, work, etc doesn't gel with that vibe. If you give a months notice this should allow plenty of time to adjust staffing. You have to pay extra for a lot of stuff, so in order to use a lot of what really makes a gym like this worth the extra $ in the first place, you have pay EVEN MORE. Otherwise you are mostly utilizing equipment, classes, and such that you can get at other gyms for way less.

The Shot of The Week class on Saturday afternoon is fun and will cost $30 My problem is with the sales staff. The sales woman I dealt with was not professional. When I questioned price, I was a picker who did not belong. The hot high school prospect she had all night for. Guess what; I was an easier sale on the spot. From the neighborhood and would have used the club. Nice club - but Bougie.

His belongings were stolen from the men's locker room, and we immediately filed a police report. After over a month of no communication, management finally reached out saying they "might" have a suspect. About a week later, we were told the bag had suddenly reappeared in the locker room after a nightly check--which raises serious concerns. When we retrieved the items, cash ($300) and a YSL cologne were missing. There are too many inconsistencies, and the situation feels poorly handled and unprofessional. What's more concerning is the lack of accountability--calls to the GM have gone unanswered, and no effort has been made to offer compensation or reassurance. For a facility that markets itself as luxury, this experience fell far below expectations. I've also since heard of similar incidents happening in the men's locker room, which is alarming.
