The Kow Soi with stewed beef brisket was amazing. Super tender beef the flavors, textures and spice level were perfect. It was creamy and spicy with that ridiculously delicious beef brisket. This was one of the best dishes I've ever had at a Thai restaurant. We also shared the street noodles, which was a much lighter dish with rice noodles. The flavor and textures here were still delicious, but it was nowhere near as impressive as the Kow Soi. I hope this sells you on trying the Kow Soi with the stewed beef. It's absolutely worth it.
