I recently visited the Tumalo Lavender Farm as I am an herbalist and love to purchase items I use from a local business. The place is beautiful and a pleasure to visit. It is a country lovely country setting with a small cottage set up as their store which houses old fashioned furniture and beautiful display cases hand built by a brother of the ladies who own this business now. I found just what I needed which was some lavender hydrosol and as a treat to myself also purchased one of their lavender-lemon pound cake mixes and it was outeageously delicious. Moist flavorful and the combination of the lavender buds and lemons was exquisite. !! I am hosting a party soon for family and friends and plan on purchasing two more of these mixes to serve as dessert. The young lady who assisted me with my purchases was sweet, personable, professional and a delight to talk to. I plan on visiting this Lavender Farm frequently and I highly recommend to everyone!! I bought some lavender Himalayan salt and lemon lavender pound cake from theM at the Bend farmers market today. That's the BEST pound cake I've ever had. No idea how you packed that much flavor into such a small loaf but it's amazing. I even used the salt on our stuffed peppers at dinner tonight. We will definitely be back! read more

In September of 2020 we ordered 1500 Lavender Plants. We were asked to provide a credit card in advance for deposit. Delivery was to be May 2021. End of May 2021 received an email stating they were unable to deliver. After not taking phone calls nor returning phone messages, we visited Gordon at the farm where he shook hands and committed to make a refund by June 30th. Still No refund has been delivered and they are non responsive to communications as of July 25. read more

I took residents from an Assisted Living Facility and we all had so much fun. We were welcomed by the Owners Gordon and Judy. It was so fun listening to Gordon explain how they started the business in 2005. We had lunch there and they even made us lavender lemonade. The residents are still talking about the trip and said it was their favorite place to go. The gift shop is absolutely wonderful and Kim was a pleasure to talk to. We all enjoyed shopping there.
