First off, there's no payment to enter. This is a lovely little cafe of people who love their fur babies. The cafe has great coffee and tasty goodies. I cannot stop thinking about my disappointing experience at this cat cafe. I order to see the cats you must make a purchase which is fine and the girls making the drinks were very sweet. They instructed me that I'd need to go outside and enter the cat area through a separate door. The moment I opened the door to the cat area all I could smell was STRONG urine. My daughter cautiously approached a cat and it immediately swatted and tried to bite her. Despite already feeling a deep sense of disgust I suggested she try a different cat. The scenario was the same. In fact every single cat was unfriendly. Not only that but in the back is a wall of litter boxes, open and gross. The person working the cat area then decides while I was there would be a good time to clean them, . This place serves food and beverages that are eaten IN this area! These cats are dirty and walking around where you're expected to drink and eat. It's not sanitary and frankly not safe when all the cats want to bite and scratch. The concept is good, the layout is terrible and it clear these cats are stressed. read more

"Cafe" selection was not tasty. The cats were overstimulated/aggressive so there were very few for my kids to play with especially since there were other families present as well. It's not worth the $20. read more

A coffee shop with a cause! Not only are the drinks delicious, the staff incredibly friendly, but also you get massive endorphin release playing and snuggling the adoptable kitties! The staff is very welcoming and clearly care dearly for their four legged friends. A great place to go if you need to decompress or just need some furry friend time. The food was delicious and so were the coffees; I actually underestimated how much I really wanted. I forgot about making a reservation but the worker was very nice and was able to get us in the same day. It was quiet and we did not forget to have fun. We came when the cats were getting sleepy but I had one on my lap for a while and I can tell everyone there really respects them. read more

A very fun combination of coffee cafe and a cat sanctuary allowing you to go in to the cat room and interact with kittens and cats, or sit in the cafe and view the cats through the wall of windows. Great coffee, tea and snacks, served by a great staff. read more

This is always a great idea for a Cafe. Who doesn't love a cat and coffee?! And you can adopt them!!! The typical cat is more rambunctious in the AM, so if you wanna catch them before their cat naps get there early otherwise you can always enjoy saying hello to them while they sleep. Everything was perfect! The kittens were so adorable and friendly. Staff greeted me nicely and really made me feel welcome.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I took a group of clients with disabilities here for some time with the cats, four of us including myself. When we went in, I bought a $7 coffee as per their website states. "Visiting with our kitties is "free" with a purchase in the café or a donation to the rescue." When prompted if I would also like to donate, I responded with not today. The cashier then asked me if any of my clients from the "group home" would like to buy anything, when I proceeded to say no. The cashier then proceeded to lecture me about how this was a nonprofit organization which doesn't get government funding, and how for future reference I need at least half of the group to either purchase or donate something, stating that they needed money for the cats' meds and food. Essentially, he tried to emotionally manipulate me into donating. I would also like to state I do not work for a group home; I work for a nonprofit organization. The entire encounter the staff was rude and left a bad taste in my mouth. I have also informed my coworkers about this horrible experience, and they all agree none of us will be coming here again, with that I advise you only to come here if you have plenty of money to spend and enjoy being emotionally manipulated. read more

i got the gluten free birthday cake cupcake and it was great! the frosting was amazing :) they had super cute little stickers, shirts, cat toys, and other cute little things. my girlfriend and i both got rings :) staff was super nice, and the kittens were (of course) adorable !! would 10/10 recommend !! read more

Just a wonderful place! A perfect stop for all cat and animal lovers. They have a lovely, comfortable set up for the kitties. It's clean, odorless and has adorable cat decor. I love being able to support a local rescue when I make purchases there and have the opportunity to meet adoptable kitties. Okay, they make you pay to enter, and all the cats are stressed and hide from people. My brother tried to pet one, and it stuck at him. The employees are rude and aloof, and constantly pick up the cats when customers aren't allowed to, and especially in front of children, this is very frustrating. So in a nutshell, stressed cats that strike at people, rude and inconsiderate employees, and expensive. read more

I have been going to this cafe since 2019. I have always had a pleasant experience visiting and interacting with the cats. On my last visit on Nov 7th and to my surprise, a 4 month old kitten climbed up on my shoulder curled up and proceeded to purr in my ear. She had stolen my heart. I looked into adopting her only to find out I would have to adopt two kittens as that is a rule of theirs. So that idea of adoption quickly faded and I am heartbroken. This little kitten adopted me and I can't give her a forever home like she deserves. They claim the kittens have to go in pairs or have a playmate at home. How can they guarantee the kitten will have a playmate even if two kittens are adopted at the same time One could still end up in a separate home. Some people are not honest with what their intentions are. So this heartbroken 63 year old woman will never donate or step foot in that place again. read more
