Went here on a Sunday morning to grab some breakfast and the place had a steady stream of people in and out. Always a good sign! You order at the counter and then they bring the food out to you. We ended up ordering a cinnamon roll, the roasted and the sunny along with a cup of coffee and a refill. We were shocked to see that a cup of coffee is only $0.95 in house and a refill is $0.50! That's cheaper than one cup of most and this is their own roast. Definitely recommend taking advantage of the coffee prices, since even the to go coffee is way cheaper than most. The bagel sandwiches were both very solid and left you full. One thing of note is that they do make their eggs for the sandwiches in the microwave, so if there are a lot of orders, it can take a while to get the food. That being said, the eggs are nice and fluffy and well seasoned. We'll definitely be back if we're ever in the area. Also, just have to say that their logo is fantastic! Randomly found this place on our way home from Green Bay. W will be back! Super cute location, great seating options. Menu for coffee drinks and food was great- good amount of options, something for everyone. I had a French toast bagel sandwich that was super tasty. My husband had a BLT that was okay. Luna Cafe in De Pere used to my favorite place to hang out. Not any more. Because of this gem. Same local produce, great coffee, but better ambience. Taller ceilings, and open space. There is the desired "white noise" effect, but not to the point of hullabaloo that focusing becomes an uphill task. Clever art on the walls adds a classy touch. The all day bowls are a nice size for a meal. A few things to consider though: - Tons of construction on the road in front, which will end in future. - Not sure why the choice of bright white lamps in the pendants. I think warmer shades such as soft white suit a cafe better. (The kind of light in the restrooms) - Talking about the restrooms, that may be the best part of this cafe. I'm so happy that Luna has a second location! It's a great location right off Highway 172, which is great because the next closest coffee shop is Starbucks and would prefer not to go there. With the Jitter Bean closing, this is my new go to stop for this area. The Luna downtown De Pere is small and cozy. This location is much larger, with high ceilings, bold colored walls. It feels very modern like I'm in a big city coffee shop. They have the same menu items for drinks and food. If you're there to do work, sit up against the wall as there are plenty of electrical outlets. Hopefully you have enough battery power on your laptop if you sit in the middle of the shop. It's not as loud in there as the downtown location, but there were two people that had no sense of personal space...so glad I brought my earbuds! read more

We arrived at 10:10am on a Saturday and had about 4 small parties ahead of us. It took over 20 minutes in line to place our order and other 15 minutes to get our 3 iced lattes. 35 minutes is way too long to wait especially with four baristas working. I'll stick to Starbucks as the bakery looked store bought (cookies wrapped in plastic wrap and scones that looked unappetizing). read more

My absolute favorite cafe. I've been a loyal Luna follower for 6 years now. Delicious handcrafted drinks, great food selection (I love the Toby breakfast sandwiches), and consistent and kind service. I also love buying their grounds to make my own Luna at home. If you are in the De Pere area do yourself a favor and check them out! Do beware, it can be a bit of a wait for your drink and food. You can call ahead to speed it up though! But trust me, when you find the perfect cafe you're fine with a bit of a wait. :) read more

After frequenting the De Pere Luna for years, the quality at this newer location does not disappoint! Compared to the other location which is among the coziest coffee shops to exist (unbiased), this one has more of a modern, clean vibe with a few larger tables for groups and a couch tucked in the back. There is also bar space with a few spots to work. I appreciate that they still offer 25 cents off when you bring in your mug. Luna's offers consistently delicious drinks and food options. I had an egg, cheese, and pesto bagel sandwich and it hit the spot, but took awhile (we actually thought they forgot about our order!). That being said, we gobbled everything down and left after a few hours of good conversation, pleasant ambiance, and of course coffee. I do miss the natural lighting and the warmness of the De Pere location yet am still happy to return to Green Bay to see that Luna expanded to the other side of town where there seems to be a lack of local, cozy coffee shops! read more

So I've been going to Luna Café since I moved to West DePere in 2000 & would have given it 5 stars always (even with the long lines).Recently Luna opened a café near my place of employment which I was soooo excited about! Unfortunately, the last two times I've visited have been not so good. The staff seem so unknowledgeable & not friendly. I can deal with that but they don't have any Coke & the banana bread that I love is now different. It taste like it's been prepared from a box. What's happening????? read more
