Instead, she tells me that if I don't like the ice cream I choose, she would get me something else. Really, so instead of letting me sample a small portion, you want to serve me a scoop, that you will throw away if I don't like it and get me another flavor. Seems ridiculously wasteful and arrogant. I had never been to a store with such an unsustainable practice, until today. Just a few doors down there is a winery that lets you taste 6-7 of their wines, which cost a hell of a lot more, for free. Although I really like the ice cream, I won't due business with people that make bad decisions and treat customers poorly.

They do put red onion on it, which I like, but even so it's just not a good hamburger. And although the menu board does not say it, they charge .99 for cheese. That's allright if they say so, but they just ask you what kind of cheese you want, implying it's included. The fries are crinkle cut. Seriously? But worse the place is not maintained. Broken garbage bans, broken urinal in men's room. The bathroom was dirty. Quite a few flies in the dining room. I can see why there were only 4 people in there at 12:30 PM. The place is one to avoid.

I guess she didn't think that I was their mother maybe she thought I was a sibling because I do look quite Young my husband had to leave me behind in the fires because he's the one that flies the helicopters that fight fires sometimes. He's supposed to fly today that's why he had to leave me early this morning and couldn't wait for me to follow behind because he had a training flight day and night goggle visions tonight. So i took a detour to get back home would have been us going to Murphy's and going around. I wanted a pound of chocolate but I couldn't see how much it was per pound I think it was $14 dollars for half a pound but my eyes were burning and I didn't have glasses so I couldn't see I didn't even get a half pound or a full pound and then after I picked my chocolates she kept coughing over my chocolates I don't understand such a sweet little old lady why would she be not very pleasant to someone that's buying chocolates to make a happy day for someone. I'm a military wife just trying to make the best days out of days that are not so happy. I still ate the chocolate even though she coughed on them Lol I have an immune system problem and if she was sick I could get very sick because I have a weak immune system. I was ready to spend $100 cash but my older son pulled me away and said let's go mom because i was acting like a little girl in the candy shop not paying attention how rudely I was being treated. maybe you should remember making treats and candies are supposed to be a pleasant thing because when you cook you cook with love and generosity to show love towards others that's the model that i live by. because that's how our heavenly father teaches us to be kind to others.

What's kinda crazy is that the pricing here feels on-par if not just as expensive as whole foods but since there aren't many options in the area for groceries, it does what it needs to do. Some of our must-haves whenever we shop here are the rock-it apples and their jalapeno cheddar bagels and jalapeno cheddar sandwich rolls. Their hot food is actually pretty solid. You can get a family fried chicken meal for $25 or if you are wing person like myself, the salt and vinegar wings are a solid snack to have at the house. The alcohol is a little bit on the expensive side, but at least the selection is pretty solid. We've come here a lot over the years and it's never super busy. Definitely need to be part of their rewards program because that's where the deals are. Plenty of parking as well, makes this a super convenient supermarket to shop at.

It is an impressive setting with great views; when one gets window or patio seating. Our meal lasted late afternoon to dusk, We saw one doe in somebody's front yard landscaping on the drive to Camps, and her herd on the green with the steel steer as we left. We started our meal with a delicious mocktail with sodw, lime, pineapple and? Then had a second with our shared skirt steak dinner. We are fiber fans in our 7th decade. I'd never eaten broccolini, unsophisticated me. Are the stems supposed to be tender as the asparagus stem end cut off and thrown away? Ours was. Great jaw exercise for our flapping chins and Lordy, Lordy! Such fiber. The steak and starch side were good. The dessert coffee (for me) and carrot cake (for us) was second among the several desserts on our south-north Spring 2026 Marathon Drive and Family Responsibility Tour. The advisor at our Best Western mentioned Mike's Pizza, a Thursday night Bocche Bowler on the Camps pitch mentioned Gus's Steak House. It was a fine night with the quiet, romantic elements Yelp is always quizzing about. Would we return or...too much fiber?

Even though it was late on a Tuesday the patio was still busy. We got a nice table outside because it was a beautiful day and we had our GSD with us. Shared the beet salad and the chicken burrito and also a kids hamburger with fries for the pup ( fries were for us). PROTIP: We took the option to split each dish by the kitchen and although it cost a couple bucks more, you get a little more of everything! Beet salad was solid with perfect allocations of all ingredients. I would say it was a bit heavy on the dressing but I like minimal dressing and my partner said it was perfect so there you go. The burrito was "wet" and delicious! Lots of flavor fresh ingredients and very saucy. Only thing it lacked was a little heat. Ask for tapatio if you like a little spice. The hamburger by the way, was larger than a normal hamburger you get on the kiddie menu. And the fries were piping hot and fresh. Our dog loved the burger as he should and we downed all the fries. Highly recommend and will be back!

When the dish was placed before me the bread slid to the other side of the white dish that had no other accompanying garnish like a piece of lettuce or parsley. It was one, maybe a 2" x 5" very thin piece of sourdough toast. Hardly a snack. Bacon was obviously cooked hours before and very overcooked. This dish was hardly appetizing as it was covered by three slices of very crispy bacon which fell to the side, revealing about four microscopic chips of tomato and 4 of avocado. The avocado was over ripe and black and I could barely see the yellow tomato. I was very disappointed in the visual appearance of this dish, to say the least! And the ingredients were barely present to illicit any flavor. I was given silverware, but upon trying to cut the toast the whole thing fell apart. I pieced it together and used my hands. Now, I know fresh food items are expensive, but this item in no way warranted the price of $16.75! I do not recommend this very busy, seemingly popular eatery.

Walking in the place had a great vibe with some upbeat Latin hits playing on Pandora. The chips and salsa were ok, nothing special but decent. However to meal was very good as was the service. We ordered a tamale, enchilada, burrito and chile relleno to try the various flavors. The Chile Relleno was tasty. Huge poblano pepper, nice red sauce and the breading was a light spongy texture that has the right amount of thickness without being overly breaded. The tamale and enchilada, both chicken with verde sauce was excellent. The tamale was very moist unlike many that are dry. The tamale held together when cut rather than falling apart but that is just a personal preference as to how you like your tamale. The burrito was very large and extremely tasty as we ordered the super burrito. One of the tastier burritos I had in the area. The highlight was the flan. That was how you say "fire" or as I say SCINTILLATING! Nice thick custard consistency, not gritty and a perfect caramel color and sauce. I could eat this all night with coffee. All in all I can see why Angels got Best of the Best awards many years in a row. I'll be back for the fajitas and a few other tasty sounding dishes. 4.5 stars

Then our salami and meat tray came out with meat that was gray and discolored. It looked disgusting and was must definitely spoiled. We'd lost our appetites and didn't feel comfortable eating anything at that point. The waitress told us the owner plates and inspects everything before it goes out. She brought the tray back, we could hear him yelling. He said the meat looked that way because it was cured and he told her to tell us we weren't welcome back (don't worry sir that won't be an issue). Our waitress was lovely, but she was put in a terrible position. What should have been a nice dinner for three friends became awkward and unpleasant. We won't be back.
