I called on Friday to see if there was anyway they could track down the color that they used because I had a few places in the wall that needed to be touched up. Jared was able to track down the exact color used for me and the date! He went out of his way to stick a note on his desk so when I came in to purchase another gallon he wouldn't need to look it up again. I came in and purchased the gallon today and was really just blown away with how great their customer service really is! I got home and touched up the wall and you can't even tell a difference!! Beazer left me with a pint of the wall paint and a pint of the trim paint for touchups. I recently used up most of that pint of wall paint for repainting a couple of sections of wall in the living room after having the walls ripped open for a custom surround sound speaker cable run for my HD TV setup. I figured I had better get some more of this paint and hold it in reserve just in case (you never know when the manufacturer is going to discontinue a color!). I found that McCormick Paint is not available at Home Depot or Lowe's - you have to go to their own stores. Fortunately, there is one nearby in Manassas. I've gone by here once before on a Saturday afternoon - but they have limited hours on Saturdays - they close at noon. It's located on Route 28 south of Manassas - a bit just past the interchange of Route 28 and the Prince William County Parkway/Route 28 Bypass. So I made a point to get there about 11:30 am this morning. They had what I needed in stock! Picked up a gallon of their "Tempo Premium - Interior Semi Gloss Acrylic Enamel 18012 Designer White." Cost was $33 and change. Guy snagged me a gallon, rang me up, and I was on my way!

A representative named Sherry (I hope that's spelled correctly) answered the phone and she told me that they had several gallons of the stain I was looking for. I wanted to right this review because her customer service was outstanding. I highly recommend this location and I will be coming back in the future for all of my paint/stain needs even though it is further away from where I normally go to.

I visited this location to redeem a builders coupon for 2-pints of paint and to purchase a gallon of paint for a new project... what a great experience. Not only were the employees friendly, they were helpful with recommendations and transparent with pricing. For example, I had a 50% coupon and already went online for pricing so knew what expect... or so I thought. I was told (before purchase) that the store prices are different from the online purchases. I was appreciative of being made aware of this prior to making a purchase. I selected the brand, color, and paint type then he took a few minutes to mix the color according to the type I requested. Upon completion of the purchase, he boxed up my items and loaded them into my vehicle. Even better, 1-pint of paint listed on my coupon was out of stock and he took down my number to call when it became available with a free drop off at my house since this company is frequently in my neighborhood... saving me a job. I recommend this place to anyone who is undertaking a home project requiring paint!!

But you won't get the quality that comes with nice paint. Since we bought our new house, we've only used BM Paint and let me tell you - even my skeptic husband notices the difference. Leesburg Paint is the local place to get Benjamin Moore, and thank goodness for that. The staff is usually light - I've never seen more than 1 person working at a time - but they can handle that just fine. At my latest visit I brought in a picture and paint colors, and the gentleman behind the counter walked me through what we'd be doing with the room, suggested several things we had not considered, and even took the time to talk about what colors went into each color so we'd know what tone they'd be when done. Part of the room will also be stenciled stars, and he called several hobby stores for me to assist in finding the best stencil paint we could get. He went over and above for me, and did it all with a smile. If more establishments were run like this, errands would be a truly pleasurable experience! I cannot recommend this place enough.
