The…read moreinsurance company pushed their "preferred" shop, but it felt like a conflict of interest as like they cared more about saving money than doing the job right. Then we called a few dealerships, and while we knew they'd do decent work, the pressure to commit immediately left a bad taste in our mouths. We searched collision repair shops and found Golden Touch Collision Center, run by Mr. Sayed. From the very first call, it was clear this wasn't just another shop. It was a family-owned business that truly cares. The reviews spoke for themselves, and after our experience, I can confidently say they live up to every bit of the praise. What stood out most was the personalized service. Mr. Sayed treated us like family, not just another claim number. The work was dealer-quality, but with the warmth and attention you only get from a local business. A small item was accidentally overlooked (something any other shop might have dismissed), Mr Sayed went above and beyond to make it right--no excuses, just outstanding customer care. Even dealing with the rental car company was stress-free because he stepped in to help communicate and ensure we had transportation the entire time. That level of dedication is rare. If you're looking for honest, high-quality repairs with a personal touch, Golden Touch is the only place you should go! We'll never use anyone else. Mr. Sayed and his team have earned our trust for life and we highly, HIGHLY recommend them!

They have done repair work on my 2019 Mustang GT and now on my 2021 Camry Hybrid. In both instances they did great work at a reasonable price. On my Camry I was quoted over $1200 by the dealer for this small body work, and Johnny did the work for about half the price . They take great pride in their work , are very easy to communicate with, and are old school and believe that doing a job well is the norm. These are people that I trust as they offer a quality service for a fair price. In my opinion you'll be very pleased to use these fine gentleman for any service that they offer. It's nice to see people in the automotive business who still believe in excellent work for a reasonable price. Jim K- Spring,TX

I had the letter, I just needed it glued on professionally. I decided to try this place out on a whim and I was pleasantly surprised at the service. The young man at the desk had a tech glue it back on saving me about 100 dollars for a new kit through the dealership. This was during the World Cup and they had a spread of snacks and I was offered some. Even though I wasn't a paying customer I'll aways remember how I was treated. That's a really good thing. I waited a while to post this great review because I wanted to be sure the letter would stay glued on. It has. My car has been through the car wash several times and it's still there. Way to go Tomball Collision! This is how you gain customers. Although this was a VERY simple thing, I was taken care of like I was a paying customer. Just great service. I appreciate you. Thank you!

Maybe he does own it but his customer service sucks. He gave us a quote of 1800 then took it back as it was 1900 then proceeded to tell us that there will also be a charge of between 1-500 dollars more if a sensor needed calibration. All this for one front fender. I told the guy can I just pay 1900 flat and I'll do it now he said no . I looked at my neighbor and we both had the same idea let's go this seems janky. We then went to crash champions collision and got an excellent sales man and got a quote for the same thing for 1680. We did not even tell them what the other quote was to compare. I paid the 1680 and his truck now looks like brand new. Moral of the story is don't let these companies just tell you anything and be rude. There are to many places that do the same thing and better. These businesses don't realize the business they pass up also Since I was there I also wanted a quote of my truck fenders getting repainted.

Failure to meet deadlines and provide timely updates, creating frustration from us as client…read more Disorganized. Poor attention to detail and lack of accountability. Unreliable. Lack of professionalism in handling client interactions. Neglectful in maintaining transparent and professional contact. If I could give, 0 stars, I would. Seems like no one knows how to properly communicate the deadline for getting a vehicle back to their client then complain & make remarks of how "your wife called like 10 times today" I called 3 haha. Kevin (estimator) did his best to relay information from Miguel (I believe mechanic manager?) Xochil (manager) was on leave and tried her best effort to ease my frustration of the constant push back, I asked to be updated, yet never was. Said car was needing a test drive, I asked for a picture of the odometer, received no response after we were in "constant" communication via text (I say this loosely as she wouldn't pick up my calls, but would text me while I was on hold). Paid our deductible after a month our vehicle was in the shop, get inside with incorrect tire pressure from 2 of the 4 tires. We go inside, they put air in, just for us to circle in their parking lot to notice there was a knocking sound. Go back in, yet again, for them to tell us "oh yeah xyz is also broken." Wouldn't that be something to bring to our attention before we pay money to get our truck back? Also as we requested a rental since we turned it back in (obviously) the white girl inside had an attitude. We shouldn't have to ask for updates, but again, when we ask, they're annoyed and give vague answers. Then the Hispanic lady wasn't any help either. Funny enough, the owner Kevin Williams, comes in at the perfect time after the verbal altercation and assisted it well; but when I was telling him what happened, the white lady says "that's not what I said but okay" funny she had a lot to say when confronted to her boss yet little to nothing when asked for an update. Overall, do not leave your vehicle here. Kevin in front, black man, Hispanic lady and white lady have a bad attitude, Miguel maintenance manager didn't communicate, Xochil didn't want to answer calls.
