You run them ragged with missed items and hassles letting them know customers are on the way. Busy people rely on picking up pre-ordered items. On most trips, there is at least one employee out ON THE FLOOR for you to track down and ask for assistance with something. They're happy to help and act like it, which is a real departure from many shopping experiences today in most stores. They have items you'd expect at a TSC and maybe more, but it's NOT Menards, Home Depot, etc with 240,000 square feet of store. This also means you can get in, get your stuff, and be on your way in no time. When in doubt they carry an item, SIMPLE, I just go to their nicely functional web site. Use proper search terms, and if that doesn't find it, just take a second and browse through the product types you would think your item might be in, and some times they got it, and your search term just didn't grab it. No biggie. You can always call them too and ask a human. They got em! :)

While I was there a neighborhood kid came in with his broken bike. The staff helped him out and off he rode. I've had 2 nice show horses with her and she's probably one of the kindest trainers I've had(I've had a lot!) I boarded on the inside and even on a budget she was willing to help me navigate ways to save money during show season etc. Some of my lifelong friends were made at this barn! Everyone was SO helpful and willing to help made going to the barn so much fun! Cara the owner always was willing to listen if I needed something different for my horses and saw her make helpful accommodations for different boarders. They both were amazing and helpful and all about SAFETY which I appreciated if I brought my kids along! BEST PLACE ever to board and top notch care I never once worried about my horses care there. I will miss their guidance now that I have to do it by myself now!!

The shuttle driver was very friendly and gave us tips based on the current water levels/sandbar locations. It was a beautiful day, the only downside was we had to do a little bit of walking due to sand bars, plus the river was a little lower than normal due to lack of rain. All staff were friendly and helpful. I don't recommend taking kids if they are not avid swimmers or old enough to have safety awareness as water levels can get deep in some parts. Stay in your tube in those areas and you'll be safe and have an amazing time!
