This place is great! Yeah it can get busy at times but what laundry place doesn't . The staff are always doing something and for the most part are helpful. Only downside would be the homeless people who stop by and lock themselves in the restroom and make a mess. One time I had to really go and unfortunately someone had locked themselves in on purpose and I had to rush back home because they weren't coming out any time soon. read more

I've been coming here for years and seems like service is getting worse here. The blonde lady working in the evenings will do favors for customers that she knows. The washing machine did not spin correctly and left my clothes soaking wet! I caught her when a customer was asking her for a side favor. So she was a bit bothered that I interrupted. I asked about the machine & she said I had to pay again to have it hopefully work on the next wash. I was not about to spend another $7!!! So I left it. I'd rather leave it than pay again or get hurt carrying the wet heavy stuff out again! The other employees there I have never had a problem with them and have always been very helpful. Sorry but I'm not about to pay double if there's a problem with their machines. By the way they have machines that do not work and they do not have a sign, so if it eats your money you're not getting it back. read more

I wish I can give it less stars. Been a customer for over 6 yrs. I've had patience with the machines but countless times, the machines don't wash, gets over-soaked or there's a malfunction. I've memorized the #'s of the machines not to use to avoid them. If there's an issue you have to get someone's attention to restart the machine and there's no guarantee of your money back. If that happens, you have to wait another hr to finish. The orange tables aren't clean, I have to grab a towel to cleaned them. There's an old atm machine that takes up space. To add on the issue the parking is under construction so it limits parking spaces and exits. Here's some tips, move around the inside to check for debris. Know what #'s not to use. Come early. There's no AC, just fans for the summer. It gets very hot and sweaty inside. read more

I always come to do laundry here every day or every other day. There is a gentleman working there and he is very rude, and unkind. I used a machine to wash some comforters & this gentleman seeing that my machine is not going release the water he lets me know until I put my money.. Worst experience at this laundromat. There is a lady managing the place that is very intrusive, rude and RACIST! I do not understand how the owner let this lady manage this place. She spends her time gossiping and making rude comments when she should just be concerned about managing and cleaning the place. Regarding the racism, I overhead her say a very racist comment about another ethnicity to a lady which the second lady took offense of. I was a long time customer many years ago and stopped coming here because an ex-employee was extremely rude to me. I ended up returning because my mom started going and said it was a good place to wash. I thought I would give it another shot. So far it's been a good experience plus the dry is FREE. I've been coming to this laundry for months now .. never had I used the restroom until today 6/30/22. The one time I REALLY needed to use it I had the lady who worked there Continuously knock on the restroom. I clearly responded "I'm in here" and she goes and still OPENS the door. I finish my business and go out the restroom and wait to see what she does next (the name of the employee is Maria) let me tell you. She doesn't use it she waits about 5 Minutes, continues to chit chat with a customer and THEN use the restroom. And when I ask for her name she questions me on why. Like if she did not just walk up in the restroom with my pants down and the worst part was that she kept the door open to tell me 'she knocked and didn't hear anything' and then had the audacity to close it. She didn't bother locking it from the outside. As a paying customer not only to wash my clothes but paid to use the restroom I have all right to take a reasonable amount of time in there. Completely unprofessional. No manners, didn't even apologize. So disrespectful. Consider her position. I bet you can find better decent people to replace her. read more

I don't get the negative reviews! This is my favorite place to do laundry! I can wash 8 loads(and some) for about ten bucks, 10.50 for heavy duty wash and there is free dry. The clothes after wash is almost dry and the free dry machines are great since all the machinery is new. They do close at 11 so they don't really accept anybody through the doors for a set of wash past 9:30 I would think which makes sense. They're trying to get out of there too. I LOVE IT! I left a review on Instagram too. That's how much I love this place. I suggest coming here if you're in the Valley. Also they don't allow you to dry there if you washed at home. Makes sense. Worst LAUNDROMAT I ever been to. I'm a regular customer I come every two days after. Here used to be a guy he's such a nice person but a LADY who works here is so mean and bad in service. She never served me good, whatever I ask her or tell she start arguing without any reason. She don't even know how to give a customer service, if she been like this I'm sorry to say LAUNDROMAT will no longer be in service. Request to owner either change her with other employee or tell her to change her nature. The Orange Laundry is the best is clean spacious and I pay for the washer but not to dry, I moved out of the neighborhood but still drive there because my clothes feels clean and well dried and the tables and machines are always clean. read more

Yeah this is a terrible establishment. The owner or manager, Asian man, kicked me out for not using his washing machines. where in the business does it say you must wash there to use the dryers? He wasn't even polite about it. All you have to do is ask me to take my stuff and leave. It was an emergency, my Samsung dryer stopped working. I love coming to this place because the Asian guy is very nice has very nice attitude and he is so professional in the other hand the female that works there has such a bad attitude and she is so rude. Last time I Pastor why where this women putting in only one piece of clothes in the dryer and she was so rude to tell me that theycould they could do whatever they wanted and that she couldn't do anything so I did the same and she told me that I shouldn't be doing that she is very selective with clients. They have a fluff and fold special on Tuesdays. It's $1 a pound. They are also very careful with the clothes and detailed in the way they separate and fold them. They are also friendly. They are in a convenient location and have parking. read more

First time coming here couple of days ago. I had almost 8 loads of laundry that hasn't been washed, so I took advantage of the Fluff and Fold service,, I dropped off about 4 loads of laundry so I can get some help while I did the rest at home. The ladys who work there are so sweet, helping me with the services, they asked you how do you prefer them to do the laundry, which I have never been asked before in any other Fluff and Fold services. Aparently I had 34 pounds of laundry and it was $1/pound on Tuesdays so I only paid $34 for my entire laundry services. Picked up my laundry the next day, and it was all cleaned and folded neatly, ready for me to put away. Amazing!! The only minor problem I had, is that the employees are walking around doing laundry also, and there wasn't a place where you can just walk up to and ask for help, you pretty much had to flag down a staff,,, but i got lucky and one of the staff members saw me walk in and greeted me. I came in at 10 and was told to leave because the location was closed. This was despite the fact that their posted hours clearly say 11. I just needed to dry some sheets that were already washed. And yes, i know the drying is free, but I offered to pay. It would have taken, at most, 25 mins. In addition, the man managing the laundromat was rude during the whole 2 minute exchange. I will not be returning and wouldn't suggest anyone go late as you may too be turned away erroneously. I came to wash at around 950 pm and the guy said the last wash is at 930pm . I would definitely be out before 11pm because I only wash one big load. But the guy that was closing tonight 12/23 was saying "by the time you finish it will be past closing. " and he began to say that yesterday he left at 12am. What time he left YESTERDAY has nothing to do with ME. There hours are til 11 pm and he didn't let us wash because "he has to leave early today" . My washing machine broke was I was referred to The Orange Laundry. I had no idea how it worked but Wendi helped with everything. She showed me every washer and dryer and explained how many loads each took. She showed me where to get change and where to buy detergent. I had to step out so I had asked her to call me when my loads were done. She not only called me but she secured two dryers for me and then let me use her folding station right after she was done. My laundry did not smell as clean as it does at home. That may have been because I didn't use enough detergent and I used no fabric softener. But it was a good first experience. read more

I keep giving this place a chance but the more i go the worse my visit goes,the employee (male) has been here for a while now always got a bad vibe from him. Today he pushed that last button to never want to come back. He said a dumb comment to my 11 year old daughter and when i walked up to him he smelled like alcohol. I gave him a dirty look but he didnt even realize it because he was too busy being buzzed. I walked outside with my 1 month old in her stroller to see him smoking. Cigarettes near by the doors to the business,where clearly there is no smoking signs. When i go wash, he is here i never see him clean its always messy. People doing the most disgusting and disturbing things,spends most of the time outside. Most likely drinking and smoking. I liked the ladies better sadly because of him business gets a one star! Update he is outside a vehicle license plate ending in 86 drinking and talking to a female. Instead the laundry is full of little ones running around slamming machine doors. read more
