His response was that the added funds was inappropriate and would be returned. He kept part of the receipt and told me that the inappropriate $10.00 charge would be added back into my card and I would be notified. $10.00 is not a lot of money but it shows some employee is dishonest. and I have not had the money returned or any kind of notification. The replacement wings arrived with in a few minutes, however they were cold, dried out and clearly not fresh. His attitude turned a food-quality problem into a very bad customer-service experience. The one bright spot was our waitress, who was professional, sympathetic, and courteous throughout the entire ordeal. She did her best to help in a difficult situation. We ultimately left without eating. The food was removed from our bill, but the manager's response left us feeling completely disregarded. Also noticed several beer taps were unavailable and the restaurant was unusually empty at dinner time. Unfortunately, we won't be returning.
