    Carry on set

The shop is located in the Oxbow public market. It's the only stall that sells olive oil and balsamic vinegar. It's very neat and organized. They press their own olives once a year and are locally grown. And they had a huge variety of olive oil and balsamic vinegar. I love that they have samples that you can pump and try before you buy. The sales lady was very nice and knowledgeable in all the different varieties. They have sets that are great gifts or souvenirs. They have sets already made or you can customize on your own. I loved the fact that you literally can buy all sizes and amounts. They even sell them by the ounce. It's nice because you can get some bread at the market and enjoy some balsamic and olive oil right there! They have such a meat flavors. And all of them you are able to taste. It's very tasty, We had to buy some to take home.

Stopped by The Olive Press and picked up the mango flavor! I tried a few of their flavors and being a mango lover and tasted it... I ended up purchasing the bottle! Very delicious and not over powering at all. I plan to use it for a salad dressing or make a sauce with it to dip my fresh spring rolls in. There were so many cool pieces to purchase for the kitchen and cook books- love it! The service was friendly. You'll have to try all their flavors!

Stopped by The Olive Press and grabbed a bottle of their mango infused olive oil. It's amazing. Super smooth with just the right pop of flavor. I've already used it on salads, in a quick stir-fry, and even drizzled a little on fresh bread. The shop itself is really nice, with tons of unique oils and balsamics to taste, and the staff was friendly and helpful without being pushy. If you're into great olive oil or just want to try something different, give this place a try. Hopefully i can make an order for other flavors online.

Cute little shoppe in the Oxbow Public Market! They had a massive taste-testing station on the side that caught me eye. Staff are most friendly and quite passionate about the oil pressery, giving some helpful context and suggestions for what we were tasting. I wasn't aware we had such a notable olive oil producer so nearby and my introduction to it is long overdue. Quality of the product speaks for itself, just drop by to try some if you're skeptical! Aside from all the olive oil aromas floating about, they also have plenty of high quality balsamic vinegars as well (not to mention a set of tastings available for them too!). We ended up getting multiple bottles to stock up, since we're not in the Napa area too often, but we already finished a blueberry vinegar bottle so we might need some more soon!

I got to experience firsthand why The Olive Press is the most award winning artisan olive oil maker in the United States ! We stopped in on a busy Saturday afternoon and had the best time test tasting . The 2 ladies working were very friendly and extra helpful and assisted us in making the perfect selections ! After tasting so many perfect oils and insanely delicious vinegars we finally decided on the mild Sevillano EVOO and the white champagne balsamic vinegar . After we paid and started to leave we found a couple things we needed so we headed back to the register . There was probably 20 + bottles out for sampling and it smelled Amazing in there ! Make sure you stop in the next time you're in Napa - plenty of parking and great customer service !

Huge fan of The Olive Press! Infact we have been here many times! The garlic olive oil is a must and a staple in our pantry. Coconut balsamic is great for making coconut shrimp or coconut rice! Cucumber balsamic is the perfect vinegar to use for salad dressings. Last time I got a bourbon balsamic and I think it will taste great on BBQ pineapple! There are so many flavors to choose from and we are still exploring new flavors!

They have unique, exclusive flavors of vinegar that are fabulous. We got the Blackberry and it's awesome on salad.

It is easily one of the most unique tasting experiences I've experienced in my life. If you thought you knew olive oil, think again! My wife and I stopped by on a Monday afternoon and we were thoroughly impressed with how many different types of flavored olive oils and balsamic vinegars were freely available for visitors to try out in the shop. As we worked our way through the store, we stumbled upon an olive oil tasting flyer. Curious about how we could sign up for the tasting, we asked the staff member at the desk and found out they were done with tastings for the day: we'd have to come back tomorrow when more staff were available. Lucky for us, we had plans to stay another day in Sonoma: we signed up right away for the olive oil tastings the next day at 11:00 a.m. When we showed up the next day for our tasting, we were brought to the back room with a staff member. She was friendly, personable, and extremely knowledgeable and organized walking us through the olive oil production process. For each of the olive oils and balsamic vinegars we tried, they were described in meticulous details: from how they were made, what we should be looking for as we tasted them, as well as the chemical composition. Near the end of the tasting, we were also guided to mix different infused olive oils with flavored balsamic vinegars to change things up. This was my favorite part of the whole experience. If you're like me, you'll walk out from the tasting wanting to buy 10 bottles. 10/10 would recommend this experience if you're passing through Sonoma.

What an amazing experience…read more I know wine is the primary attraction but as those of us who are local know there is so much more This olive oil tasting is one of the many more things. Great ambience off Silverado trail. Cane here with my best friend to do a tasting. Charlie was our host and she was amazing. Super knowledgeable and a terrific host. We tasted two olive oils form their harvest. One was more of the less ripe olives and one was of the more ripe olives. Both were tasty. One more and the other less acidic. Both peppery. The. Came a couple of oils form Italy and Spain. I liked the Spanish one much better and it went well with the bread and was candidly amazing in its own Then rhe balsamic vinegar came. Aged to 18 years the fist was perfectly acidic and quite viscous. The second one an infused with ripe figs for a year. More sweet for me but perfectly balanced. What an awesome idea experience I highly recommend this place!!!.

For example, while others had an olive oil gelato, I had an olive oil sorbet with a blood orange gummy. It was really interesting. In no way did I feel deprived or like I was missing out. In fact, mine might have been better than what the others had. That was the last course though. Before that, we did olive oil tastings with bread and popcorn and balsamic vinegar tastings with cherry tomatoes. They used to make all the food in house but now partner with some local places. Amberly also did a wonderful job walking us through details around the tastings and it was very informative. The whole thing takes place indoors and the interior is cute with plenty of olive oil lining the walls. I would absolutely go back to do it again in the future and recommend it to anyone considering it!

I initially booked an olive oil tasting but later discovered that it was more of an educational thing where you have to sit in a room. With a baby and a dog , I was hoping we can just enjoy that outdoors but they weren't able to accommodate. I hope sometime in the future they can change that . Instead of the olive oil tasting , I decided to have lunch outdoors. It was such a beautiful day and a tad windy . We started with some cocktails. Pomegranate Margarita : 5/5 it was the perfect blend of tangy , slightly sweet and the salt rim balanced all the flavors nicely. Also , it was pretty strong . Charcuterie $45 : Wow the presentation for this charcuterie was beautiful . Everything on the board was yummy and was a nice snack for grazing and enjoying it with the cocktail . I really liked the sweet walnuts , olives , wagyu sausage , pickled carrots , cauliflower , & the fig jam . 5/5 French onion soup $20 : I never really think to get a french onion soup but I was convinced that this was the best thing ever .. and guess what ?! It was !! This was probably the best french onion soup i've ever had . It was super rich , savory , and slightly sweet from the carmelized onions . It also had some delicious melted gruyère cheese that was oozing with the soup . The puff pastry on top was soo good . It was nice and comforting . 5/5 Prosciutto and Brie $30 : Dare I say this was probably one of the tastiest sandwiches ever ?! I can't believe prosciutto and brie can taste this good . The combination of garlic aioli , pickled shallots , red onions with farm greens mixed in the sandwich really brought out all the flavors. The only downside is for the portion idk if it justifies the price 4.5 /5 Ordered a special Pre fixe menu that came with farm salad with Quinoa + Olive oil icecream puff pastry dessert $30 + 10 salmon add on to salad . Salmon quinoa salad : This dish was super simple but the fish was cooked to perfection . It was super moist and the quinoa was fluffy and the salad was nicely dressed . 5/5 We had a great time and the food was fantastic. I'm really happy this place was dog friendly and family friendly. It's so hard finding places that accommodate both . Service was great . Luis did a good job on making sure we were taken care of . He was always checking in on us during our meal and was even whispering when the baby was napping . A+ service . Overall this place is a hidden gem . It's a tad pricey for lunch but the quality and service makes it worth it . We will definitely be back again to try the other delicious foods !
