The sauce was creamy, and the sweetness from the caramelized onions was a great touch. Red pepper flakes helped balance out the flavors. We felt like there was too much crust. Having 2 inches of crust made us feel like we were missing sauce, and I didn't like the crust without the sauce. It was overall good, but not a place we would feel the need to visit again in future travels.
