Vlad and his team ended up having to work through a multitude of challenges in order to deliver the end result that we enjoyed. I received constant professional communication (day, night, weekend) when things weren't going well (outside of their control) and what they were doing to resolve. They thoroughly owned resolving each obstacle instead of pushing it back to me to work out. This involved buying different kinds of paint and performing tests -- I even got a video of the test results to illustrate my options. Its obvious that this company cares a great deal about providing 5 star experiences. Its that additional amount of work that they did which has me so enthusiastic about referring them to anyone needing painting done (commercial or residential.)

Three days after pressure-washing the house, they started prep work, taping the windows & around fixtures, removing the downspouts, scraping off old caulking, etc. The following day painting began. Due to some rain, the job was completed 1 day later than estimated, but they did what they could. The job took 1/2 day for pressure washing and 5 days to prep and paint. The crew was great, arriving early or on time each day and really working hard making sure they did everything properly. They even put back big potted plants that had to be moved, which I really appreciated. Jorge came by the work site each day to make sure things were going smoothly and answer any questions I had. There are a lot of painters out there, so choose carefully, choose A&I's Painting! I will hire them again for sure!

I reached out to A and I's Painting in the middle of a water damage repair - the first contractor (Premier Water Removal) had ghosted me after I tried to get them to finish repairing and painting the ceiling in my bedroom. Jorge, from A and I's, answered my request for bid and came out to scope the job the next day. He identified an issue that others had missed, which was necessary and would require the entire bedroom to be painted. This gained my trust and he promised he'd find a way to work me into their busy schedule. He did that and more. He prepped the room himself to reduce the time that the painters needed to fit into their schedule. The painting was done days later and it is flawless. There is no evidence, NONE, that a large hole was patched, textured and painted. The rest of the job was the same quality and this company was a pleasure to work with!

Yes there were a few issues (its a large home it was expected) that had to be sorted but Mario was always available and got the issues fixed straight away. I had a quick turn interior painting job to get done before moving into a new home, and Matt was able to work with me to squeeze it into their calendar. Matt came over to provide an initial assessment, and took the time to walk through every room and closet and provide a really detailed estimate on time needed. I had a paint selected that he thought might show up too dark, and recommended I go at a 50% lighter tint. I followed his advice and am so glad I did - the place looks amazing and feels light and spacious. Jason helped to paint the space, and he was in constant phone/text communication to provide status updates, and ask me questions on how I wanted certain things done. I'd also had the carpet pulled up in the bedrooms and the floors underneath redone, which left the trim in bad shape. Jason was able to replace and paint the trim as well, which I appreciated greatly. Now that I'm in my home, I'm catching all of these crazy details they didn't miss, like removing all of the light switch/outlet plates and painting behind them, and pulling out the stove and fridge to paint behind the appliances. Background: Having recently purchased a new cedar fence, as part of a pet adoption build-out, we reached out to many exterior painters. Having spoken with a handful of exterior painters, willing to provide a loose quote, Fridenmaker was the most available and affordable. On the initial visit, they reviewed the site, asked a few questions, and gave us an estimate within around 15 minutes. Delivered in a professional stock folder and presented on professional stock paper, the bid included tax and a deposit. From there, we were given staining options, including advice on which stains would make sense. Finally, they took the time to explain the expectations regarding longevity of the workmanship. After mutually agreeing, we set a date, which was the following week. The next week, we received an email and a text notice of a pending arrival. Because of a technical issue, the intended date was off by one day, but the associate apologized for the mistake and assured us they would be out the following day. The next day they arrived around early, with materials in hand, and proceeded to work. Approximately a few hours in, I was asked to review the initial work, and was also explained the process regarding how the different textured wood would be treated. They completed their initial day by 5 pm. Following this, they informed me they would be delayed because of an employee emergency but would still arrive late and continue the work as promised. Nearly two days into the job, they let me review the gates and the nearly complete fence, making sure the work was what I had in mind. The final day, they arrived, assuring us they would complete the work on the fence and would be done in less than a few hours. Finally, approximately 3 hours later, they asked us to perform a walkthrough and afterward we wrote them a check for the work. Overall, we are satisfied with the work they performed. However, with the upcoming forecast for rain and winds, along with another temperate snowfall, time will tell if the workmanship will hold up. As always, your experience may vary.

I was told nothing could be done and I would just have to take the loss as it cannot be restained.
