She spent less than 5 minutes in total with me, offered absolutely no advice or insights as to my concerns, and quickly left the room while the assistant numbed me for a biopsy. She came back for just a minute before exiting the room for the final time. No time for questions, no advice for future care. Just in and out - another number for their books. I was leaving, feeling as though I was taking a walk of shame, when I had to pass through a room full of nursing staff, just standing around and laughing. The entire experience was humiliating.

I will postpone my appointment and try to get into Stevens Point. VERY DISAPPOINTING BUSINESS! If your smart you will start with a different agency altogether. Home-base is way out west somewhere and they're only in Wisconsin to take our money. I've had excellent treatment by Dr. Grelk, whom I see in Stevens Point, however, the agency is useless.

I really appreciated the consideration that went into my medical history and goals (I have a pacemaker so RF treatments are off the table for me - although other spas have recommended it) We came up with a game plan for treatments to address some scarring on my arms and skin laxity on my neck. I've done a few of the laser treatments and a few rounds of microneedling now on my face and neck. Alissa is wonderful! She outlines expectations for each step of the process to keep you comfortable and calm. You have to commit to the plan and the after care, and I still haven't reached the time where I would see peak results but I am SO happy with my progress. Neck skin is most definitely tighter, sun spots on my face are faded, and my skin is just overall brighter and clearer.

I realize every result is different depending on severity. My spider veins were rather typical, minimal. After the second treatment I developed an infection in one spot. When I brought it to the practitioner's attention it seemed like she was annoyed and her response was rather rude. As a result my veins are MORE pronounced. I'm not happy with the results. I would love to have additional treatments but I'm planning to let the passage of time be the deciding factor. Also, there was NO follow up from the facility. Kind of left me feeling like they got their money and they just don't care. What a shame.
