This was in addition to having to complete a full medical history narrative - despite the fact that I was already a patient! And this opinion is coming from a medical professional!!

I'm almost 43, and this year I decided to invest a little extra in my skin. I was referred by the…read morelocal dermatologist office, and my first consultation was with Alissa. I really appreciated the consideration that went into my medical history and goals (I have a pacemaker so RF treatments are off the table for me - although other spas have recommended it) We came up with a game plan for treatments to address some scarring on my arms and skin laxity on my neck. I've done a few of the laser treatments and a few rounds of microneedling now on my face and neck. Alissa is wonderful! She outlines expectations for each step of the process to keep you comfortable and calm. You have to commit to the plan and the after care, and I still haven't reached the time where I would see peak results but I am SO happy with my progress. Neck skin is most definitely tighter, sun spots on my face are faded, and my skin is just overall brighter and clearer.

I had two Sclerotherapy treatments at this Spa. The first yielded minimally favorable results. I…read morescheduled a second treatment and so far not so good. I realize every result is different depending on severity. My spider veins were rather typical, minimal. After the second treatment I developed an infection in one spot. When I brought it to the practitioner's attention it seemed like she was annoyed and her response was rather rude. As a result my veins are MORE pronounced. I'm not happy with the results. I would love to have additional treatments but I'm planning to let the passage of time be the deciding factor. Also, there was NO follow up from the facility. Kind of left me feeling like they got their money and they just don't care. What a shame.

When you call the office "Doctor" Otto will greet you. She will tell you she is a "Doctor." She…read morewill never tell you that she is not a medical doctor but a chiropractor, which does not have nearly the same course work or training. I bought a Laser Lipo package from Groupon. In the Groupon she is referred to as "doctor." The Groupon was for a 4 package session. These sessions are only ten minutes. When you think of what you were charged and the amount of time you are given a treatment, you realize this is a SCAM. The intentional lack of clarity makes you feel further victimized. When I called to schedule the appointment there was no mention of the length of the appointments. The Groupon and the office fail to mention anything about the length of the treatment time. The office practices are unsettling and unsanitary. On my first appointment the office assistant smeared some iodine on my arm. The assistant pulled a wand out of a bottle of iodine and wiped the wand on my arm then plunged the wand back into the bottle. The bottle was unsealed and had been used numerous times. My first treatment, I laid on a bed with no paper or lining of any sort. Had to rest my head on something that was not covered. The paddles were still warm form the previous client. I did not see the assistant clean the paddles prior to or after my appointment.
