it's not what it says. It is no wonder. I've been using it for three weeks and I haven't seen one different change.

I had 4 Kybella treatments which cost $$$ and it did nothing. I am so disappointed. I wonder if they even used the right stuff.

Do yourself a favor and see someone who is extremely well-versed in the techniques of permanent…read moremakeup and knows how to apply them in the most flattering way based on your individual facial structure. That is Nee! I have been meaning to write this review for a few years. I had my initial permanent makeup done on my top eyelid (eyeliner) and eyebrows in 2014 in San Francisco where I live. I have a disability with my arms so Iimit what they do for me. Makeup was first on the list. Over the years the eyeliner and parts of the eyebrow tattoo were starting to fade. I wanted a touchup. However, I didn't want it done in SF again, where there are tons of people, but not necessarily the depth of experience. When I was home visiting family and friends in WI I found Nee. She was trained young in China where these techniques are well known and practiced. I am so glad she moved to WI, married, started her family and brought her craft and professionalism with her. In 2022, I had my eyeliner redone and my eyebrows reformed and touched up. They look just as they did 3 years ago. Those who don't know about permanent makeup are surprised to hear that they're tattoos. Others that are in the know compliment me on her work. Thanks Nee!

Hands down the best at permanent eyeliner. She has definitely has the artistic, soft touch, and she…read moreis super fantastic at it! I love my eyeliner! I asked for bold and she gave me more than expected! She fixed the drooping of my eyeliner from a previous technician. 110% satisfied!

Incredible attention to detail and just delightful overall. Mailynn took such great care of my husband...beyond! She is a massage therapist who delivered exceptional care which was so perfect for his first experience. So much so that we immediately booked our next appointment! We were so impressed and would DEFINITELY recommend Ahava 100% Thank you Taylor and Mailynn!! You are a blessing

Instead of bleaching, she explained that bleaching at all would damage it (obviously) but she explained it like it would ruin it curly or straight but she had bleached hair too? I tried to do my undercut instead because I could just shave it, but she still refused, I'm guessing cause she didn't know how to do my hair. She offered me a moisturizing treatment because my hair was dry, (mind you because I didn't wash my hair for the upcoming bleaching) and then to shave my undercut? I ended up bleaching hair at home (2 round) and got to my desired level and dyed it at home and my curls were fine but not ruined like she explained it.

Immediately upon walking it, there's a station to sanitize and disposable masks provided. All the employees where them 24/7, however clients may need to remove them depending on the service they're getting. However, they make it clear that it's a personal choice. The place is clean and cute. I came in with box dye bleach blonde hair, patchy, and roots showing. Even though it was obvious my stylist was a newer employee, she took every step to make sure I was comfortable. She explained the entire process and her reasoning. Before she moved on to another step in the process, she referred to her manager (maybe owner?) to get a second opinion. I appreciated that considering I was nervous because she was working with newer box dye. Between these two incredible ladies (I can't remember they're names - one had an incredible buzzed pixie cut and the other had think curly hair, who I think was the owner/manager) they transformed my hair. They both told me straight up what would work and what wouldn't, but what I liked was that for every idea I had that they weren't so sure about, they suggest a great alternative and why they think that. They're just so nice and personable! I would recommend to anyone. The prices where more than reasonable for the service and customer care (I was asked if I needed anything at all, down to a hot chocolate multiple times). I believe the service I got was called something like a Color Corrective, which was $64 a hour (if memory serves). When I asked for a trim, this incredible stylist actually listened. She did exactly what I asked. All in all, I had my roots touched up (they weren't bad), shampoo/conditioner wash, toning treatment, blow dry, lowlights foil added, shampooed/conditioner, trim off dead ends, blow dry and light style. All this cost about $180. They offer so many more services too!
