He is the only doctor that listens to me, stays in contact with my rheumatologist and primary care doctor and works with them seamlessly. I have never ever in my life had a doctor in any field work with others to take such good care of me. The staff is fantastic as well. His wife works in the office once in a while so it's great to see her! And Mary and Stephanie are terrific. They keep on Doc when he needs to get something done for me, they are amazing about returning calls, and tell me that it's no bother when I call more than once a day. To be honest, I live in fear of the day he retires. No one will fill his shoes!

It takes everyone involved to be a good team. The team here is very easy to talk to & discuss all aspects of care. Staff always returns calls & pleasant to work with, appts are easy to make, scheduling & performing procedures, Dr is always pleasant & helpful. They have gone out of their way for a weekend mixup @ pharmacy too. I look forward to continued care here & would recommend anyone w chronic pain. I am also a chronic pain advocate & look forward to changes in legislation in the near future to help both patients & Healthcare workers.

My treatment plan was an injection in the right L5, S1 (same area as my previous surgery). Unfortunately, I didn't get any relief. By 2023, my pain was bad and affected my right side as well as my left side L5. The pain was on and off 20x a day at a pain level of 5-8 on a scale of 0-10. I saw the nurse/ PA and he suggested getting an MRI and physical therapy. Therapy wasn't helping and MRI showed no main issues but scar tissue, arthritis and degenerative disk. After doing a test to see if I could have an ablation, Dr. determined I wasn't a candidate. I repeatedly asked the nurse practitioner or the Dr. nurse for cortisone shot but was turned down as it didn't work the last time. During this exam, it didn't hurt in the areas it needed to be but I told him typically it does hurt in those areas. It would get triggered if I stand for a few minutes, sit in a chair for a few minutes or bend picking things up etc. It was still a no go on injections. After having a meeting with the doctor in December, he recommended a prescription. After doing research on the drug, I was pretty nervous of the side effects. So, I decided to get a second opinion. The New Dr. reviewed my records and MRI and suggested a cortisone injection would be something that could help and suggested two shots one on each side. I got the shots and within a few days I feel 80% better. I hope it lasts and time will tell. Overall, neuroscience was professional but wished the PA and Doctor at neuroscience, would have listened to me and considered the injection.

Again cookie cutter. Will not be returning, seeking a more informed 2nd opinion.

I called her just to talk to her about it and first of all, the first confrontational thing is said you called in a few times no this is the first time I called in. I did write in one time about getting a door for handicap. At the end of the conversation, the bottom line I said to her was I just think you need to call the snowball company and tell them to do a better job. She said I don't think I need to call anyone. At that time I said we need to end this call because I didn't feel it was going Anywhere. She is at the Oshkosh location

I said that I wanted an almost flat chest. After the surgery I felt like my chest was still huge and not a B cup. I waited for the swelling to go down and turns out I'm actually a 38D. I'm very disappointed and truly wish I would have gone somewhere else for my surgery. Additionally, I had a lot of complications with the healing process. The staff that had seen me prior to my complications came into the room and was in shock by the gaping wound that I had. She literally was tearing up from feeling sad about what happened to me. Prior to that, I was stable headed and logically approaching it. However, when she reacted like that to my body it was emotionally disturbing and made me cry. I wish they would have been more clear and REALISTIC about expectations, rather than just assuming everything would work out. It seemed almost like toxic positivity. Another issue I had with my appointments is my boyfriend at the time was coming with me as he was watching over me for the recovery process. The staff would talk to him about my body and point at me without really including me in the process fully. After a few appointments I realized that I was feeling terrible coming there because it felt like I was just an object being discussed and looked at. I had to ask for her to actually hold up a mirror so that I could be included in the conversation about MY body. So that I could see what it was she was saying about MY body. So here I am left with a ton of scaring, a chest that is only half the size smaller than what it was supposed to be, and a closet full of size 38B cup bras that have never actually fit me properly. There are more issues I had, but I think my point has been elaborated enough. It was truly an insane, traumatizing, and regretful experience that I had here.

I wish I could give zero stars. If you are looking to have a septoplasty or any type of rhinoplasty…read moredone, do NOT see Brian. (I cannot speak to how he performs other surgeries - my only experience is with a septoplasty.) I came in to have a deviated septum corrected as well as a turbinate reduction and a collapsed valve fixed. The only cosmetic thing I needed was to shave down a small dorsal hump on the bridge of my nose. He completely botched the look of my nose without consent and refused to find any solutions to fix it. He changed the entire tip and look of my nose! He blamed my nose looking different on how I hold my head and claimed he lost my before pictures when they were emailed to me by his receptionist. Jenny their receptionist was the only helpful individual there. My surgery was on a Friday and they informed me to call a number if I had any issues over the weekend. When I called I was told I was inconveniencing them as they had family in town, yet I had a concern about bleeding from my incision and other issues. These items were minor to the fact that he completely changed how my nose looked without my consent and I had to receive a revision surgery (by a different surgeon in a different city). It has been mentally debilitating looking different when that was never the plan and has taken a serious toll on my mental health. I regret having him ever touch my face and will remember this as one big lesson. Please do not let him touch your face.
