There are also multiple physical therapists on staff, which increases appointment availability. A friend recommended Alex and I was able to get three appointments in prior to a hiking trip. At the very first visit, Alex zero'd in on possible foods that were causing inflammation due to my health history and started targeting weak areas that I should be working on, in addition to friction massage.
