NOT- first, my appointment was for 8:15- waited 15 minutes at the reception desk for one of the 2 receptionists to check me in. I finally got checked in and taking to my room. Dr Kara came in, this was for a yearly routine exam. She basically was in and out of the visit within 10 minutes and told to come back in 9 months. I said to her, 9 months she said yes. Well 3 weeks later, very bad basil cell on my leg that was there and untreated when I went to her. SAVE your time and go to a real professional who is not about how many people they can get in and out of their office and truly care about the patients that entrust them with their care. When I inquired about him at the front desk I was told he normally just performs surgery. I then had a follow-up appt. with Brenda Black PAC in Oshkosh to get my biopsy results. I told her that I felt like there was something else going on with my skin, when I questioned the catch-all diagnosis of dermatitis, and she just shrugged her shoulders and didn't say a word. I finally figured out that I needed to see a Dermatologist. Not one doctor thought to mention this option. Black also did my annual skin exam (I have a history of Melanoma) she didn't examine my scalp, or use a dermatoscope, yet in the after visit report my hair and scalp were listed as being examined.
