While in a very busy waiting room, a lady from a local restaurant used a wagon to bring in an enormous lunch for the clinic. I was on my lunch break and after 20 minutes decided I needed to get back to work. They rescheduled me for TWO MONTHS away. I have a significant history of skin cancer. I have been going to this practice for years and have been disappointed many times. They are the only provider in town so I am stuck. They do not care about your privacy. When you walk in the door they ask (in front of a waiting with other patients present) your birthdate and name. There is no privacy.

When I inquired about him at the front desk I was told he normally just performs surgery. I then had a follow-up appt. with Brenda Black PAC in Oshkosh to get my biopsy results. I told her that I felt like there was something else going on with my skin, when I questioned the catch-all diagnosis of dermatitis, and she just shrugged her shoulders and didn't say a word. I finally figured out that I needed to see a Dermatologist. Not one doctor thought to mention this option. Black also did my annual skin exam (I have a history of Melanoma) she didn't examine my scalp, or use a dermatoscope, yet in the after visit report my hair and scalp were listed as being examined.
