Inspire Spa is conveniently located on College Avenue, though it's somewhat discreet and easy to miss if you're not specifically looking for it. Once inside, you're welcomed into a clean, well-appointed lobby that immediately sets a relaxing tone. Before your treatment begins, you can choose from several complimentary enhancements, including a variety of aromatic sprays, which is a nice touch. The treatment rooms are thoughtfully designed, with comfortable lighting, minimal clutter, relaxing music at just the right volume, and temperature-controlled massage tables that can be adjusted to your preference. Kameron was attentive, professional, and highly skilled. She took the time to focus on the areas where I was experiencing the most pain and tension and adjusted her technique accordingly. What stood out most was that she truly delivered a full 60-minute massage, which unfortunately isn't always the case at other establishments. You'll certainly find less expensive massage options in the Appleton area, but in my experience, Inspire Spa stands out for both the quality of the massage and the overall customer experience. I really appreciated the consideration that went into my medical history and goals (I have a pacemaker so RF treatments are off the table for me - although other spas have recommended it) We came up with a game plan for treatments to address some scarring on my arms and skin laxity on my neck. I've done a few of the laser treatments and a few rounds of microneedling now on my face and neck. Alissa is wonderful! She outlines expectations for each step of the process to keep you comfortable and calm. You have to commit to the plan and the after care, and I still haven't reached the time where I would see peak results but I am SO happy with my progress. I would love to have additional treatments but I'm planning to let the passage of time be the deciding factor. Also, there was NO follow up from the facility. Kind of left me feeling like they got their money and they just don't care. What a shame.
