If there was a way to give zero stars that is what I would give Radiology Associates of Appleton…read moreS.C. It all started with submitting a bill to the wrong insurance co. ( No worries resubmit to correct one? ) Fast forward next date of service..all looks good submitted good and sent in my balance due- they took that payment and put it on the first bill? ( with a comment that if they hadn't it would have went to collections??) ok... I am losing steam here ( if they did what they claim.. I have a credit as the first bill was less than my check? I sent the difference and call it a day.. done with it.. nope now they sent me another bill saying I still owe more and it says past due! No one can communicate in English and there is animal sounds in the background??? I believe there is also double billing going on? What can you do? Thedacare sends you to get x rays and this is our life? Thank God for an HSA but it sucks because they are crooks.

I cannot believe ThedaCare or Encircle health allows this to happen to customers, with a business they are affiliated with. I have not been sent a bill by Radiology Assoc of Appleton, in 3 months. My husband's bill is way too big to have a $0 balance, already. As other reviews say, they will turn you over to collections without so much as ever sending a bill, and they will send you to collections even if you have paid your bill...so I am trying to avoid collections at all cost. The phone number 920-739-5642 on the website is never answered by a live person, it just goes to someone named Ryan Hoffman's voice mailbox, and there are no alternative numbers to contact someone that can actually help. When I inquired with Customer Service number: 833-639-5642 (that is on their website for billing inquiries) I found out the address of where I need to send the bill has changed, without my knowing, and Radiology Assocates of Appleton had not informed me of this change. But up until this point my payment checks have always been cashed, monthly. When I inquired about my current balance, the customer service rep, who was very difficult to understand, but was very nice, said he was unable to give me a balance on my account because the billing company Radiology Assocates of Appleton previously used, was in the process of conversion and my husband's account had not yet been uploaded to the new billing company in Texas. (My husband's CT was in June of 2020, so it being too new or insurance not paying their portion yet, wasnt the issue.) The customer service rep said to call in a month, then they would have my husband's account balance amount. I sent my check to the new address in Texas, and it was promptly cashed. Fast forward to this month, I call the new billing department in Texas again to get the account balance and a customer service representative again says my husbands account is not in the system and to just call back every month until it is. So I basically have to send my payment indefinitely without so much as knowing the account balance, or receiving a monthly bill, but my checks are still being cashed. There is literally NO ONE to talk to about this account. Ryan Hoffman has never returned my phone call. I called Encircle Health and ThedaCare to see if maybe they had an alternative number, and all they could do for me was give me give me the 920-739-5642 number that goes straight to Ryan's voice mail, which is supposedly suppost to be their main number, but I dont think anyone is even checking the voicemails. I am just trying to get the account balance and pay my bill knowing it is indeed being applied to my husband's account. I am at a loss as to how to proceed. Do I have to get turned over to collections just to learn what the account balance is!?!!!! This is absolutely ludicrous!!!

Very disappointed with this company/location. I am originally from Wisconsin and living in Texas…read morenow. I am coming home next week and wanted to have the experience with some of my family while I was home since they aren't able to hear the heartbeat or see the baby since I live far away. I already got my drs approval to do this and have found ultrasound locations in Texas that are willing to do this. I called them to schedule and asked to do it early and explained my situation. The woman told me it was their policy not to do scans this early. I explained that my Dr told me it was perfectly safe, I would be happy to sign a waiver, etc, but that this was very important to me. She was very rude and not helpful at all. No referral to someone else, and idea, a work around, nothing. Extremely poor experience and poor customer service. Avoid this location and chain. My wife and I had an ultrasound done earlier this week. My wife is 21 weeks along with our first…read morechild. At our regular 20 week ultrasound at the hospital we were left with a less-than-certain technician when trying to find out the baby's gender. We are planners and waiting until birth date to know the sex was not going to work. Initially it was difficult to get a hold of Baby's Debut over the phone. After having our appointment I observed that this is because the only person in the office is completing the ultrasounds and they do not intend to continuously leave the room to answer the phone. I can appreciate this. Our ultrasound with Baby's Debut was fantastic. We got everything we were looking for, and more. We also enjoyed the knowledge and explanation the technician shared with us throughout the session. Can't wait until June to welcome our baby girl into this world. We will be using Baby's Debut for any/all future pregnancies. An amazing and fairly priced experience that will provide lifelong memories.
