There's snacks, coffee, lockers, and private phone booths. I had a doctor's appointment nearby and had back-to-back meetings before and after the appointment, and this turned out to be perfect. It is also located next to a Panera Bread, which makes it easy if you need to grab a quick lunch. Parking is plentiful and a breeze. I had to dock a star though, because the website is incredibly confusing and difficult to use. At least for me, I wasn't sure if I needed to book a desk, or what. I tried calling for clarification several times, and it didn't seem like anyone picked up. I had to go to OfficeMax and ask for help, which seems pretty inefficient. If you're new to co-working, the experience didn't feel very intuitive. Otherwise, once I got settled in, things were great. Internet was fast and reliable. I ran into an old co-worker and he said that he's really enjoyed working here.

But on the flip side, they communicated with me in a belittling way, changing agreements midstream, and blaming me for it. The space itself is a mid-60s era cement slab with poor ventilation, overhead, "office cubicle" type of lighting and scented candles bought at Ross Dress For Less that give off a chemical type odor. I started with great optimism, and it pains me to write all this, but I thought others should be warned.

We expressed our concerns and they were able to accommodate us with a second tasting since we were not satisfied with our first tasting. Also, we told the catering team that we had a friend that was vegan. They served him a plate with salad and strawberries. In a way that was our fault for not checking in with them with what the actual plate would be. My friend was a good sport about it but I felt so bad because he was really hungry. Lastly, our package included one hour to clean up after the ceremony ended but all my guests were rushed out by security leaving just my parents, myself and a couple of bridesmaids to gather our belongings. If they didnt rush everybody out we could have had more people help with taking down our personal decorations and not felt so rushed and stressed to get out. At this point Charlene was no longer in the building since she was with us since the morning but I do hope that in the future security respects that one hour and does not kick guests out. Overall, beautiful venue, amazing coordinator and great price! Despite the small complaints and hiccups, I would highly recommend this place as a wedding venue.
