The ambiance is incredible, lots of greenery throughout the office and a very mellow welcoming vibe from everyone(at least this is my experience in the past month that I was here). Ian is a great communicator that keeps the place top-tier: clean, stocked, friendly, great ambient musics and respectful. Kind of like a level of ownership you'd apply at your own home. You want to clean your glass after using it because that the kind of place it carries: a high standard of excellence lead through example- very well maintained. I care much about the small things, you can tell that great thought and care has been put in to the "small things". I have been to the other co-working offices in the area and it cost more. There's snacks, coffee, lockers, and private phone booths. I had a doctor's appointment nearby and had back-to-back meetings before and after the appointment, and this turned out to be perfect. It is also located next to a Panera Bread, which makes it easy if you need to grab a quick lunch. Parking is plentiful and a breeze. I had to dock a star though, because the website is incredibly confusing and difficult to use. At least for me, I wasn't sure if I needed to book a desk, or what. I tried calling for clarification several times, and it didn't seem like anyone picked up. I had to go to OfficeMax and ask for help, which seems pretty inefficient. If you're new to co-working, the experience didn't feel very intuitive. Otherwise, once I got settled in, things were great. Internet was fast and reliable. But on the flip side, they communicated with me in a belittling way, changing agreements midstream, and blaming me for it. The space itself is a mid-60s era cement slab with poor ventilation, overhead, "office cubicle" type of lighting and scented candles bought at Ross Dress For Less that give off a chemical type odor. I started with great optimism, and it pains me to write all this, but I thought others should be warned.
