The small indoor seating area was limited; thus, takeout would be much easier. I'm feeling so good getting used to raw foods that there are so many to choose from. Since I chose both the raw cheesecake and the Sem Sandwich, I might come back for another. I'll have to wait for raw açaí during hot weather days. I hope other Yelp elites will choose to go to Ping's Raw Foods and experience it themselves. Vegan raw foods similar to sushi are, to me, have probiotics that are good for the gut.

I tried the berry and the date flavor, and both were out of this world--so full of flavor and perfectly sweetened! The granola is another thing I can't get enough of. The almonds, and dried fruits are very good and worth the price. The dried bananas are unique and very tasty. They also sell a "raw" olive oil which is light and very delicious. They feature grains and seeds, agave syrup, honey and even bee pollen.
