Delicious empanadas at this food truck. Tried the fuzzy (beef), bourbon chicken, TLC (chicken) and the sweet (strawberries and Nutella). Good stuff! The flaky dough is stuffed with a generous portion of the fillings... No skimpy servings here. Fillings are flavorfully spiced and served piping hot. Each one is deep fried to a crisp golden brown. Nice and crunchy, not greasy. It's not inexpensive, but a great meal. Definitely worth a try.

If you're out and about and you see Fuzzy's Empanadas, go ahead and get that fuzzy warm feeling, because you're going to like this! We got lucky on this Sunday to find the truck at Greenway. Husband & I shared the Fuzzy (beef), and the TLC (chicken), along with chips, queso & salsa. All excellent! This small feast was about $15 and worth every penny for the quality and expertise. Favorite for both of us was the TLC which is a chicken one that is so full of flavor...citrus, tequila...I'm talking TASTY. Queso and Salsa were both excellent as well. Extra credit for the 99 sanitation rating and for bringing our order into Greenway when it was ready, so we didn't have to wait for it in the rain.

Food Truck Tuesday! I tried the Fuzzy, the Shroom, and chips and salsa. I was pleasantly surprised by how tasty these empanadas were. They only have empanadas and chips on the menu, no other food. But they have a variety of empanada options to pick from, including vegetarian options. They were nice & hot as well which makes sense since the wait time was pretty long to get the food after ordering.

Well, this empanada is DELICIOUS. The triple P is filled with everything delicious: chorizo, ham, and sausage, as well as two cheeses, tomatoes, peppers, onions, and cilantro! The service was fast and friendly, and the location was right outside my office, so no complaints there. :) The price point is kind of high at $5 an empanada, but buying three brings them down to $4.33 a piece. Pretty standard for food truck pricing I suppose. For the flavor bomb and fried crispiness they provide, I'd pay it again. Can't wait to try the dessert empanada next time, and chips and queso! (They were out today)

This is one of my favorite food trucks!! The owners Roy and Kym are great! They always hit up the bottle shops I like. I haven't gone wrong with any of the items I have ordered. The Triple P is my favorite, followed by the Bacon & Cheddar, and TLC. Great people, Great food, Great price!!

I believe I've had this truck twice with the most recent time being a few days ago. I've tried the chicken one and the bacon one and they were both pretty good. The chicken one is definitely my favorite. It's so flavorful and I love the crispy crust on all the empanadas. I love how they have at least five different flavors you can choose from. From beef, chicken, and bacon to even a vegetarian one. They all sound like good combination and I hope to try more in the future. The food comes out really fast when you order and it's always hot and fresh. I definitely want to see what else this truck has to offer!

This truck has been to my office three times and I have to get it every time! It is SO good. I usually get the TLC (chicken) and the cheese ones. Both are delicious. Today I got the chips and queso, the queso was piping hot, had a great texture and was delicious. This is definitely my favorite food truck I have tried in Raleigh so far.

Had a Fuzzy Empanada. Looked great but the taste was not there. Meat was greasy and very heavy. Value wise I felt they were over priced.

I never thought of myself as an empanada girl but Fuzzy's has made a believer out of me. The Triple P is delicious!

I found this place on Yelp and had to give it a try. Tiny place with almost no seating to eat in…read morebut we took it to go. The staff are all amazing... super helpful explaining the menu and favorite options highlighted. The food was amazing. I highly recommend everything we had. It was my first experience having collard greens so I have nothing to compare them to but WOW they were delicious. The corn bread was over the top yummy too. We had sausage and rib tips too. We will definitely be back. Yummy and again the staff/owner were delightful.

Once again, I am always willing to give restaurants a chance to prove me wrong... and once again,…read morethey have failed. My motto is simple: if you can't see the smoker and smell the smoke, the BBQ is going to be bad. This place is no different. My family ordered the pork belly burnt ends, pork ribs, chicken Philly, and smoked mac and cheese. Let's start easy--the mac and cheese. My grandparents used more salt and pepper in their mac and cheese than this place did. The only ingredients seemed to be noodles and cheese. What happened to flavor? Spices? Maybe some paprika, cayenne pepper... jeez, something. However, as a bit of a warning sign, the mac and cheese had more wood smoke flavor than anything else they served. Next, the ribs. Some people believe in the 3-2-1 method--I'm not a fan, but it can work. These people must believe in the 1-2-3 method: 1 hour smoked on a Traeger, 2 hours wrapped, and 3 hours cooked on high heat in the oven uncovered. That's the only way I can figure out how you end up with jerky-dry ribs. Not only were they dry, they didn't have any flavor. The chicken Philly was dry--my wife hated it. The pork belly burnt ends actually looked great--nice cube size, good presentation--but biting into them was a different story. Chewy, bland, and dry. I honestly don't know how you manage to do that with pork belly. Really disappointing experience overall.
