Poor customer service…read more I called last week to place a very large order by phone( over $1000) . I was speaking to the owner of the store. Because of the nature of my interaction with the owner I got an unpleasant vibe after I hung up, and decided to cancel the order. So I called to cancel the order. Despite calling multiple times and speaking to the assistant/co- owner, I wasn't able to get in touch with the owner. She never returned my calls either. My card was charged for the amount and there was no indication via text or email whether my purchases had been shipped. I have no way of tracking the shipment. It goes without saying I will be returning everything in person and speaking to whoever is there about their customer service.

I wasn't able to check in until about 410 and the tech had a problem with the computer. Then I waited and waited and waited. I got my shot behind a screen and the pharmacist was good at distracting me when she jabbed me. She told me to be sure to drink lots of fluids. I would give the pharmacist five stars for her dedication! This is the second pharmacy I've been to this month that has staffing problems.
