I wanted to love this place so much. It is beautiful and so close to my home. I scheduled (online) 4 pedicure appointments. 3/4 times I had to wait at least 15 minutes to be seated. 3/4 times the nail technician cut me during the appointment. No one should have to bleed their own blood during a spa day. 0/4 times at this place was I was offered a drink. There has to be better options out there. read more

2/19/2022: I came here over the weekend with two girlfriends and was definitely overwhelmed with the salon. The music was loud, very dance club vibe, it was so incredibly busy with not a lot of room to function. It was nice to see a lot of techs available. For my experience, my nail tech spoke very softly and instead of doing a full new set like I asked for, she just did a fill. For this appointment it was fine as previously I had a new set. While she was drilling the length down, she drilled most of them too short, which I did mention to her that's not the length I wanted. A majority of my nails were to short and drilled crooked but only completely fixed one nail. She tried prying off the old acrylic with a fake nail and a cuticle cutter. I asked her TWICE to soak it off as she was very clearly hurting me and this is NOT THE PROPER WAY TO REMOVE A NAIL. She finally listened and soaked it off. I called out a few things like not cleaning the under side of the acrylic with a drill, not getting the nail polish all the way to the sides and tips, the lengths being uneven, etc. Her excuse was that my nails were too short (not my fault and I said something) and that my cuticles are really bad (thanks?). My stars are for how we were sat quickly, she didn't fight the fact that she had messed up one of my nails, and needed to do new acrylic. I will say apparently I'm allergic to whatever acrylic they used which for me is uncommon, as I'm having bumps around my cuticles and my fingers are itchy. Honestly I wouldn't go back here for many reasons, the first one being I don't live in Gilbert but my girlfriends do, I didn't like how insanely busy it was as I couldn't hear my conversation with my girlfriends, I hate the fact they charge 5$ to cut the nails - that should be a part of the service in general, and the tech didn't listen to half of my requests. 2/21/2022 UPDATE: I'm having a severe reaction to whatever products they used, I'm getting blisters and my skin is itchy. This could be because of a number of reasons; unclean equipment, the type of products they used, etc. I called and was quoted 10$ to remove the nails. The manager told me I would be a priority to be sat if I was able to get in today, I'm going there today. 2/24/2022 UPDATE: I got my nails removed on Monday, the manager sat me and was the tech who removed them. He looked at my fingers and said oh it's just your left thumb, and very clearly (see photos) it was all of my fingers having this allergic reaction to. He said he would soak them off as they're to new to use a fake nail and pry them off, which again is NOT THE PROPER WAY TO REMOVE ACRYLIC. I was there for about 50 minutes, he was very clearly in a rush, he cut one of my cuticles with the drill when prepping to soak, I felt that he was rushing just by how quickly he moved and then would get up and go do something else. I will say I do appreciate that I ended up not having to pay for the removal of my nails. read more

What a great salon!! I live in Queen Creek and was unhappy with the salon I used to use and came across Nail Logic and I'm so glad I did. This is my second time coming and I'll continue to make the drive to come here. I'm super impressed with this place. It's very clean, organized and friendly the nail techs are amazingly talented. I had Gina today do my nails. I told her what I wanted and she did just that. She was very detailed in her work from shaping my nails to a perfect almond shape to my color and marble design. Highly recommend!! read more

Love my nails and toes today. Van always does such an incredible job. She is so detail- oriented every time. I drive almost 30 miles to come here every two weeks to get my nails and toes pampered. I pass countless salons on the way. But I love this salon. Very professional staff. And an ever-present, very involved owner. Every employee is Always nicely groomed and dressed. Always working so hard and literally non-stop busy until the last second of the day. They close at 7pm, but I have never been turned away for a service even if it runs a little bit past 7pm. Where else can you go get your nails done while you eat a freshly made chocolate chip cookie treat and enjoy a nice, cold diet coke, water or other soft drink. If you forget to grab your beverage when you walk in, someone will bring you one on a little silver platter! Also, Eat a cookie if you see them up front. They have them made for the store and they are indeed scrumptious! read more

I've been coming here since this location opened and love the service. Although a bit more in price, 100% worth it. The atmosphere here is so different. The nails last and are top notch. I will always bring in different designs and are always wowed by how they can do any design! The pedicures are amazing! Try the Jelly pedi for a different sensation. They also have a coffee bar with water, soda and snacks. I will never go anywhere else. read more

I have lived in Arizona for about 16 years, and have tried a million nail salons in Gilbert.. Kelley at nail logic IS MY GIRL!!! I have gone to her for almost a year now, and not ONCE have I left disappointed. She is THE most consistent nail person I've ever been to, and I know after each appointment I will have exactly what I asked for! Which I have never experienced before with other places. She is always on time for my appointment, which is a big deal in my quick moving schedule. She is also FAST. I have never been one that loves to sit for two hours to have my nails done, and she does a exceptional job in a speedy 45 minute (approx) manner!!! I love this nail salon, Kelley is the best, but just make sure to make an appointment or you'll be waiting a very long time!It will be worth it!!! read more

Edit 1/22/24: The Nail Logic took the time to read and reply to my review which I appreciate. Adding a star. I recently moved to the area and have been in search of a new nail salon. My friend was visiting and we decided to try out The Nail Logic. I called in and made an appointment but when we showed up, they were VERY busy and we had to wait a bit. I didn't mind, I wasn't in a hurry that day but I could see if I was on a tight schedule, this place might not be my first choice. After we picked our colors and sat down, there was a woman arguing with the front desk about how she made this appointment 3 months ago and she's STILL sitting and waiting. The customer service to her wasn't that great, but wasn't terrible either. As I said, they were VERY busy. It was almost uncomfortable how many people were just beside you at every step of the process, from picking out colors to sitting and waiting to finally being selected. The nail techs were friendly but that's about it. My friend and I weren't getting anything fancy done to our nails. My friend was just getting a simple manicure and pedicure with regular nail polish and I was doing the same except getting a gel manicure. I had asked to have my nails cut/filed in a square shape with rounded edges (how I have other techs do my nails) but for some reason, the tech did some of my nails square and some round. It seems like such a small detail but when you pay $83 plus tip and are getting just a very simple one color application, I do expect all of the nails to match and look the way I asked. Between the service being sub-par and it just being overly crowded, I doubt I'll return. 2/5 stars. read more

Jessie is my naio girl! I love her been following her around the valley different salons but this one has been the best!!

The couple that owns the salon is very nice. I have known them for a couple of years. I have no qualms with them. However, I must tell you about my experience here. I used to go see Traci/Tracey.... about five years ago, I came here and Tracey was my technician. Now mind you I probably saw her for one year because the old gal that used to do my nails prior to Tracey decided to open up her own salon. It just so happens that the salon she opened up - she had partnered with Gina, who is the wife of the owner of The Nail Logic. I found it kind of odd but did not question it that she had opened up a second salon called GLOSS NAILS within 4 miles of The Nail Logic. My original nail tech lady that went into partnership with her at this salon. So I decided to go back to my old nail lady since I was trying to support her opening her own salon. Understandably so, as I am sure someone can understand my leaving to help support her opening business. However, after almost 2 years of owning the salon due to personal issues and wanting to be with her family more, my original nail tech lady decided to sell the salon business and retire for now. I was disappointed, but I thoroughly understood her reasoning. So I called The Nail Logic back to try and set up an appointment for a fill with Tracey. I have sent a few people her way to increase her business flow. I had made the appointment for Tuesday at 6 PM. So imagine my surprise when the gentleman from The Nail Logic called me at 2:30 PM ON THE DAY OF my appointment that was supposed to be at 6 PM, only to tell me that Tracey and this is his exact quote, " Tracey does not want to see you for your appointment today". First of all, very unprofessional of her to cancel the appointment within hours of my appointment leaving me stranded. Secondly, she just lost a potential loyal customer and a very good tipping one too! Seriously! To hold a grudge for almost 2 years, after I had sent her a couple of new clients - is very tacky in my opinion. Anyone with a friend that was opening up her own salon could totally understand why I had to leave in the first place to help support her business. And for Tracy to hold a grudge and cancel at the last minute, she knew what she was doing and the Imposition she placed me in. Because of this unprofessional behavior & attitude, I don't care how good of a nail tech you are.... There are many others that will be better than you that will still be there after you leave. In fact, I have been able to find someone that is an excellent artist with integrity & professionalism. I am sure there are many great techs at The Nail Logic, but after this experience with Tracey - it has left a bitter memory of my experiences @ THE NAIL LOGIC. Is a good manicure worth anyone's dignity and respect as a Customer- I don't think so! There are many other businesses that value their customers and not just out to make a buck at the customer's expense.... Update: Just goes to show you how a person will lie their way to fabricate their own truth. NEVER have I ever criticized Tracy nor said anything remotely unkind to her or anyone at Nail Logic. I even had so much patience with them when she was running late from an appointment and brought her flowers when she was going through a family crisis. I had even explained to her the reason for my decision. But it really doesn't matter now. Sometimes you really have to see someone in their true light and not get distracted from all the fluff that they try to produce in your presence. I know what true and what is not & that is good enough. At the end of the day- we have only our conscience to deal with.... read more

I have had multiple occasions where Rudy the manager has been rude to me. He's not only rude to me. He's rude to people that walk in as well. I realize that managing a nail salon can be difficult. He does not value any customer the owner really should reevaluate Rudy as a manager. I tried to call to let them know I was running late. Of course there was no answer. There's no ability to leave a voicemail. When I got there because I was unable to call to let them know I was late and I didn't want to no-show. They said the nail tech already took another client. I asked them what their policy was for being late. They said 10 minutes. It was right at 10 minutes. Rudy likes to show his dominance instead of valuing customers. It really is a shame. This place could be awesome. Instead, it is run by somebody that chases customers away. They lost not only myself, but my family as well. read more

I really love this nail salon for dip nails. I have had no issues with chipping or breaking for the 3-4 weeks I may go between appts. They are good at getting me in for an appt last minute and I've gone to James a few times who does a great job. Had a few issues with gel nails being hit or miss in the past here with different nail techs, but for the most part I've had positive experiences! read more

Great atmosphere and great work by Mandy, dip nails and pedicure perfect every time. Always makes time to get her customers in.

Update: the owner reached out and offered to make it right. So changed my review. A+ on customer service The salon itself is nice and they give out free drinks. I bet the other nail techs are good, but the nail tech that did my mani pedi was rushing through my service. She applied 3 thick layers of polish which caused air bubbles on all the nails and did not clean around my skin properly. Gave it two starts instead of one because I got a free Diet Coke. read more

Love this salon. I've been coming here for a while and i love it. The staff and the environment is the best. Henry and James are great!

I had been coming to this nail salon for a while and had services that I didn't like so I changed salons. Well, my go-to salon couldn't fit me in so I decided to come back and try Nail Logic. I'm so glad that I did. For the last couple of months I have been coming to Linh for my nails and Jolie for my pedicure. They are both great and my services have been wonderful each time. Linh does the Poly Gel on my nails, which look soooo good and Jolie pedicures make me want to fall asleep. This I'm now is my go-to salon again. The manager is really good with what he does in running the establishment. They offer you snacks and beverages for free also, which is such as nice touch. If you want a great experience and nice nails, try this place. I believe you will be pleased. read more

I love it here I've been for a pedicure and a manicure now and will be back to get fills for both! I got a neutral acrylic almond shape manicure with chrome (which is an extra $10/15 I think) and I'm obsessed! Brought my friend in the second time and she also had a great experience, we came in on time but didn't figure out what we wanted for at least 10 minutes and the manager was so helpful and patient. It was busy but no one waited a long time, and there's no harsh smell in here they keep it very clean and fresh. Doesn't hurt that the decor makes you feel fancy Can't wait to come back! read more

I quite literally don't understand how there are so many good reviews. We called ahead of time (I believe 3 days ahead of time) - for 5 pedicures, 2 full sets and 1 fill. We ended up adding 1 more pedicure as my sister changed her mind last second. The guy that met us has the rudest attitude when my mom requested a 6th pedicure - he said "we will see", a girl asked how many pedicures we had and my mom said 6, and the guy cut her off and yelled "FIVE" with his hand up. We should've left there, however we needed our nails done as this was for my sister's WEDDING. Services seems fine sitting down 4 out of the 6 of us got gel (and all 4 of our gel polish is peeled off in less than a week of having them done) and on top of it, they over charged us $25. We compared what was written down to what we got and it was incorrect. All in all we will not be back, service quality and customer service is below the minimum a business would offer. read more

This used to be my go-to nail salon, but after my most recent experience, I don't think I'll be coming back. I left The Nail Logic with all of my cuticles incredibly sore, and the pain lasted for 5 days. During that time, if I accidentally hit one too hard, it would start bleeding. The technician was far too rough and now, my cuticles are peeling and irritated. While the salon appears clean, I absolutely do not recommend this place and will be looking for a new nail salon. read more

Horrible customer service. My first and possibly will be my last time there I went in for a gel pedicure and a dip manicure. The pedicure was great, but the manicure (or lack there of) was terrible. My nails aren't shaped, there are bulges where the dip wasn't filed down. The powder bled and the thick clear top coat is super clunky. And my cuticles weren't clipped. I told -who I'm assuming to be the manager- Jeana and the guy working the front desk that I wasn't happy with the manicure and I was told basically that it was my fault that I didnt get the manicure. I needed to tell them a certain way and because they get complaints about people not wanting their cuticles clipped? I was there for THREE HOURS! And they told me I could come by the next day- I called today to be told they are booked and to come by NEXT WEEK! And to be prepared to pay $45 for them to fix my nails and to pick a lighter color. ‍ No thank you. I'll be going somewhere else. Very disappointed and a waste of time. read more
