My friend was visiting and we decided to try out The Nail Logic. I called in and made an appointment but when we showed up, they were VERY busy and we had to wait a bit. I didn't mind, I wasn't in a hurry that day but I could see if I was on a tight schedule, this place might not be my first choice. After we picked our colors and sat down, there was a woman arguing with the front desk about how she made this appointment 3 months ago and she's STILL sitting and waiting. The customer service to her wasn't that great, but wasn't terrible either. As I said, they were VERY busy. It was almost uncomfortable how many people were just beside you at every step of the process, from picking out colors to sitting and waiting to finally being selected. The nail techs were friendly but that's about it. My friend and I weren't getting anything fancy done to our nails. My friend was just getting a simple manicure and pedicure with regular nail polish and I was doing the same except getting a gel manicure. I had asked to have my nails cut/filed in a square shape with rounded edges (how I have other techs do my nails) but for some reason, the tech did some of my nails square and some round. It seems like such a small detail but when you pay $83 plus tip and are getting just a very simple one color application, I do expect all of the nails to match and look the way I asked. Between the service being sub-par and it just being overly crowded, I doubt I'll return. 2/5 stars. read more

I visited this salon and got a dip manicure with tips. Prior to that I had nothing on my nails; my natural nails were clean and healthy. Fast forward a few weeks later, to today: I visited another salon closer to my house to have the dip powder removed. The lady gasped as she removed the dip from my ring finger. There is a huge green/brown spot. Yep, it's fungus. Pictures attached. We've all heard the horror stories of people getting fungus from nail salons. I haven't encountered it until visiting Nail Logic. It's unfortunate, because I didn't like the way the dip manicure came out in the first place. read more

This used to be my go-to nail salon, but after my most recent experience, I don't think I'll be coming back. I left The Nail Logic with all of my cuticles incredibly sore, and the pain lasted for 5 days. During that time, if I accidentally hit one too hard, it would start bleeding. The technician was far too rough and now, my cuticles are peeling and irritated. While the salon appears clean, I absolutely do not recommend this place and will be looking for a new nail salon. read more

I scheduled (online) 4 pedicure appointments. 3/4 times I had to wait at least 15 minutes to be seated. 3/4 times the nail technician cut me during the appointment. No one should have to bleed their own blood during a spa day. 0/4 times at this place was I was offered a drink. There has to be better options out there. read more

I have had multiple occasions where Rudy the manager has been rude to me. He's not only rude to me. He's rude to people that walk in as well. I realize that managing a nail salon can be difficult. He does not value any customer the owner really should reevaluate Rudy as a manager. I tried to call to let them know I was running late. Of course there was no answer. There's no ability to leave a voicemail. When I got there because I was unable to call to let them know I was late and I didn't want to no-show. They said the nail tech already took another client. I asked them what their policy was for being late. They said 10 minutes. It was right at 10 minutes. Rudy likes to show his dominance instead of valuing customers. It really is a shame. This place could be awesome. Instead, it is run by somebody that chases customers away. They lost not only myself, but my family as well. read more

2/19/2022: I came here over the weekend with two girlfriends and was definitely overwhelmed with the salon. The music was loud, very dance club vibe, it was so incredibly busy with not a lot of room to function. It was nice to see a lot of techs available. For my experience, my nail tech spoke very softly and instead of doing a full new set like I asked for, she just did a fill. For this appointment it was fine as previously I had a new set. While she was drilling the length down, she drilled most of them too short, which I did mention to her that's not the length I wanted. A majority of my nails were to short and drilled crooked but only completely fixed one nail. She tried prying off the old acrylic with a fake nail and a cuticle cutter. I asked her TWICE to soak it off as she was very clearly hurting me and this is NOT THE PROPER WAY TO REMOVE A NAIL. She finally listened and soaked it off. I called out a few things like not cleaning the under side of the acrylic with a drill, not getting the nail polish all the way to the sides and tips, the lengths being uneven, etc. Her excuse was that my nails were too short (not my fault and I said something) and that my cuticles are really bad (thanks?). My stars are for how we were sat quickly, she didn't fight the fact that she had messed up one of my nails, and needed to do new acrylic. I will say apparently I'm allergic to whatever acrylic they used which for me is uncommon, as I'm having bumps around my cuticles and my fingers are itchy. Honestly I wouldn't go back here for many reasons, the first one being I don't live in Gilbert but my girlfriends do, I didn't like how insanely busy it was as I couldn't hear my conversation with my girlfriends, I hate the fact they charge 5$ to cut the nails - that should be a part of the service in general, and the tech didn't listen to half of my requests. 2/21/2022 UPDATE: I'm having a severe reaction to whatever products they used, I'm getting blisters and my skin is itchy. This could be because of a number of reasons; unclean equipment, the type of products they used, etc. I called and was quoted 10$ to remove the nails. The manager told me I would be a priority to be sat if I was able to get in today, I'm going there today. 2/24/2022 UPDATE: I got my nails removed on Monday, the manager sat me and was the tech who removed them. He looked at my fingers and said oh it's just your left thumb, and very clearly (see photos) it was all of my fingers having this allergic reaction to. He said he would soak them off as they're to new to use a fake nail and pry them off, which again is NOT THE PROPER WAY TO REMOVE ACRYLIC. I was there for about 50 minutes, he was very clearly in a rush, he cut one of my cuticles with the drill when prepping to soak, I felt that he was rushing just by how quickly he moved and then would get up and go do something else. I will say I do appreciate that I ended up not having to pay for the removal of my nails. read more

Apparently customer service is out of the window especially since the owners are no longer there full time. I've been coming to this place for years maybe since they opened and because I was one minute off of their 10 minute grace period I was TURNED AWAY. I've been coming here since this location opened and love the service. Although a bit more in price, 100% worth it. The atmosphere here is so different. The nails last and are top notch. I will always bring in different designs and are always wowed by how they can do any design! The pedicures are amazing! Try the Jelly pedi for a different sensation. I have gone to her for almost a year now, and not ONCE have I left disappointed. She is THE most consistent nail person I've ever been to, and I know after each appointment I will have exactly what I asked for! Which I have never experienced before with other places. I had been coming to this nail salon for a while and had services that I didn't like so I changed salons. Well, my go-to salon couldn't fit me in so I decided to come back and try Nail Logic. I'm so glad that I did. For the last couple of months I have been coming to Linh for my nails and Jolie for my pedicure. They are both great and my services have been wonderful each time. Linh does the Poly Gel on my nails, which look soooo good and Jolie pedicures make me want to fall asleep. This I'm now is my go-to salon again. The manager is really good with what he does in running the establishment. They offer you snacks and beverages for free also, which is such as nice touch. I love it here I've been for a pedicure and a manicure now and will be back to get fills for both! I got a neutral acrylic almond shape manicure with chrome (which is an extra $10/15 I think) and I'm obsessed! Brought my friend in the second time and she also had a great experience, we came in on time but didn't figure out what we wanted for at least 10 minutes and the manager was so helpful and patient.
