Made a same day appointment on Presidents' Day for me and a friend. I just wanted a basic mani. They tried to upsell me to the gel (I hate taking the gel off and don't wear polish often) saying the mani would only last a day before chipping. I didn't like that cause I know how hard I am on my hands ( I'm not hard on them.) I picked and OPI color which I've had success with. Anyway they came out beautiful and days later are still beautiful! read more

I love this salon. My granddaughter and I go there often. They have some great artist for those special nails my granddaughter likes.

Clean salon, decorated nicely. Barriers, face mask are enforced (they will give you one if you don't have a mask) I had a pedicure which was good, would have been greasy if the massage was better . But overall this is my go salon read more

Kelly did a fantastic job on my nails, she took her time and took pride in her work. I also had a nice pedicure that was super relaxing! Kelly is a gem, I'm so thankful that she was my nail tech. read more

This is my new favorite salon! Rudy the manager is super friendly and welcoming! I have gone about 3 times and have been pleased every time! It's a little pricey but worth the money because the place is so clean and it's quality work! read more

The Nail Logic is the best salon in Gilbert!! I will gladly drive 30+ minutes passing many other salons on the way, just to go to this salon! Great experience today for a dip manicure and gel pedicure - luxury experience and everyone was so nice! Highly recommend!

Be careful with this place they charge you more than once por the service, check your account! really bad experience first they cut me and then they make charge differens amount ! after that they charge me 3 times for one pedicure, I didn't received an apologize also the guy was very rude! read more

Always an excellent experience at this salon. I come at least once a month for a dip mani and gel pedi. I feel relaxed at this salon rather than rushed out like others. I've been to several salons in the area and none compare, I have always had a good nail tech, great service, and just overall a pleasant experience. Even other clients are approachable and willing to carry on conversations, and just have a good time. The salon creates a very positive atmosphere and I enjoy coming here. When I have family in town, they always ask to go to the nail salon, they know it's the best quality and they won't get this back home! read more

Could I give Zero stars? I went in and signed in with out a reservation. I did not have a reservation but neither did many ladies that came in after me. I know this because I over heard their conversations at the front desk. I was told twice it would be a couple of more minutes. I waited at least 30 minutes and they took almost every new customer coming in after me. Was it because I was the only male? It is unfortunate that they could not be professional and treat me as any other customer. I just walked out and will not go here again. read more

I have been to several nail places which I'm glad I did because whenever I go to the nail Logic I'm reminded that they are truly the best. They take there time and aren't happy unless you are. I highly recommend this place and Gina is so sweet and caring. Lilian was amazing at what she does as well. Heck everyone is awesome. read more

Shoutout to my nail tech Alyssa who did an amazing job on my new set!! She is the only nail tech I can say with confidence that I can give free reign to design my nails and I'd absolutely love whatever she creates. The facility is very well kept and the staff are pretty attentive to everyone that walks in. It is a 45 minute drive from me, but it is well worth it. read more

Best salon in Arizona!!! I've never left The Nail Logic with anything short of amazing, the salon is absolutely beautiful and Gina is the best!! thank you will definitely be returning read more

Bummed out that after spending a solid 2+ hours here today for a simple dip nail I came home to notice how sloppy my nails are. Not only did it take forever, cost the most I've ever paid for dip nails but I also didn't get a hand rub. All of the gals around me received a nice hand rub, with plenty of lotion around to do so. Suffice it to say next time I'll be going back to my typical nail salon where I get a hand rub, the cuticle and nail shaping is included in the price and a glass of wine all for less than I paid here. I should also mention I sat waiting for 20 minutes as I watched 4 people go ahead of me who came after I arrived, totally understand if they had a prior scheduled appointment but out of courtesy this should be communicated so I don't feel as if I have been forgotten thus requiring that I approach the staff to ask how much long the wait may be. read more

I absolutely adore Nail Logic! Every time I've been, the entire staff has been super sweet and helpful and the salon in general has a very fun vibe. I love having fun designs on my nails and after a botched job from a different salon, I booked an appointment here asap. The design I asked for was a bit of a pain since it was fairly detailed & I did have a backup just in case. Tracy never ceases to amaze me with how willing she is to try out my wacky requests. My nails are beautiful & I've gotten so many compliments from friends, coworkers, and clients! I have the most amazing and detailed little cherry blossoms just in time for spring. Thank you so much to Tracy and the Nail Logic staff in general for making such a fun environment! I can't wait to come back read more

UPDATED: the fact that I'm updating this again is beyond Ridiculous. After Gina assured me of a refund, which she did give me. I never actually got it I had to call multiple times and stop in the shop 3 times. Gina told me it was an inconvenience for me to keeping calling and that she gave me the refund and there was nothing else she would do. She told She told me it would take 3-5 business days and then after that was up she told me 7-10 business days. She kept saying that I needed to call my bank and figure it out with them even though I didn't even have a refund processing. She kept telling me that there was nothing that could be done when she was so sure she would make this right with my original review. I had to call her again and she finally said she would call her guy again even though she already spoke to him... and guess what! The refund never went through!!!! Exactly what I was telling her the entire time. She called to tell me I could come get the cash and that her guy was going to apologize. While I understand the back end of things are sometimes out of control, she was incredibly rude she dismissive when she was wrong the entire time. She also kept texting me asking me to delete my original review which I told her was incredibly inappropriate. I will NEVER come back to this place and I would caution EVERYONE if you do go and aren't happy, keep track of your refunds because you may never get it. UPDATE: I just wanted to update this review since speaking with the owner. Gina contacted me immediately about my review and how she could fix the situation. She was very nice and understanding. She assured me she spoke with the technician about the cut on my finger and the other issues. I appreciated her caring enough to reach out to me and want to fix it. She did give me a refund for the services and explained to me that this wouldn't happen again. I am willing to give this place a second chance due to the effort the owner put into making things right. So I updated this but still felt my original review is fair to keep. I really wanted to love this place! It's so close to where I live and has a ton of parking. The salon it's self was very nice, clean, and well kept! They had a ton of chairs and spots to sit down. Everyone was super nice and accommodating. It took 2 hours and 15 minutes for a pedicure and a full set. I could not believe how SLOW the service was. My technician did do a good job on my toes. It was just really slow. My fingers were a disaster. The technician cut my thumb with the drill that it's still bleeding. She wanted to spray it with alcohol and hope for the best. I asked her to get me a towel to stop the bleeding. Finally a gentleman came by to give me a towel and said oh is that a hang nail? No, your technician cut me! I was not happy. Nothing like fresh nails with blood all over my cuticle. I had to tell her mulitple times I wanted my nails square shaped and she still didn't do it correctly. I had to explain it to her a few more times before she would do it. At this point, it's now closing time and everyone is cleaning up. There's no reason why I should have still been there now 1.5 hours later. She started calling someone and having a conversation on speaker phone which I thought was very rude and I could tell she was in a hurry. My thumb nail was crooked and I almost didn't tell her because I wanted to get the heck out of there. She finally finishes my nails, turns around and grabs her stuff and walks out. Ok bye? I noticed a black mark left on one of my nails too, but since they pushed me out the door, there is nothing I can do now. This visit cost me $78. Completely overpriced for the service and bloody thumb I received. I will not be back. If you do plan on coming here, be aware of your time, and it will probably be a mediocre at best. Very disappointed. read more

Service was ok but didn't have all the cleanliness measures I see at other locations like individually sanitized tools for each service. The front desk person was also a little snippy about payment. read more

I love this place but I'm pretty fed up and I don't think I will be returning. Not only did I get over charged/charged for parts of my service that I never even received, but it was really painful on top of it. I also don't understand how when you make an appointment you still have to wait 45 minutes to even get started...... I feel like I have given second and third and fourth chances considering I've been going here since it opened, but every time I go it gets worse and worse. Sucks but Id rather go to a nail salon that doesn't seem to make $$$ there top priority. read more

This is absolutely the best nail salon I have ever been to. The nail techs are so sweet and welcoming. Best customer service out there!!!

I found this salon upon moving here from Colorado. I was so worried because I loved my nail lady there. I read reviews and decided I would try this salon. It's beautiful inside and CLEAN! I had my nails done and while they weren't exactly what I wanted, Gina made sure they were perfect when I let her know I was unhappy. She had Mandy fix my nails and they came out spectacular! I've had a pedicure here by Kathy and will go to her every time from now on. I just had my nails filled today by Mandy and Gina waxed my eyebrows. I am thrilled with my nails and eyebrows. I love that Gina makes sure we all wear our masks. I think it's noble that they will not service someone who doesn't wear a mask or wear it properly. Amazing salon with spectacular customer service. read more

So I'm not typically a person to complain.. but I was extremely disappointed with this place. I walked in and i had an appointment which when I got in the seated me within 5 min which was awesome ! But they walk me over to the seating area and WOW people are pretty much touching shoulder the way they have it set up! You can hear the whole conversations going on with the people next to you. Very uncomfortable. The guy was questioning me about where I previously had my nails done (it was a fill) and just made me feel super uncomfortable talking about how horrible they were. That's the only time he spoke to me. Was to tell me how awful my nails were done previously. Then ending this terrible experience I asked if they had a white with cute sparkles and he put (see image attached) which seriously looks like a faded ass white. When I go to the front to pay I'm so unsatisfied but I was still planning on tipping bc ya know that's just the right thing to do until the told me my fill was $50 !!!!! What a joke !!!!! For nails I'm unsatisfied with and the guy made me feel super uncomfortable??? No thanks ! read more

Today was my worst experience here. I made an appointment for simple toenails color change and for acrylic fill and detailed design for my 2 middle fingers. I told them at the time of setting my appointment that I wanted detailed butterflies done on my nails in the middle. Well I arrived 30 minutes early for my 3:30 appointment i was not seen until 3:50 I get my toes done then I show them what I want done to my nails. The 2 techs that can do refuse to and say they don't have time to do my nails. I speak with the manager and he says that he has no one to do my nails even though I made appointment for all that I am asking for to be done. So I sit for another 20 minutes when he sits me with a tech that does a very good try to appease me but she understood that they had poor customer service and communication with me a customer that has been coming for several months and I drive all the way from Maricopa. So today is my last day I will ever come to this place. read more
