I'm really glad I tried this other location. Today I went to the Gilbert spot and it was absolutely lovely. Hannah had so much attention to detail and she was nice and not pushy. The receptionist there was so upfront about charges and cost and I can't tell you how absolutely rare that is. I love love love the communication and will definitely be back.
I called a about four days in advance to set up an appointment at 3pm on a Saturday. When we arrived, we checked in, picked out our colors and were seated right away. I really liked that me and my guest were seated together so that we could talk to each other. Would highly recommend calling ahead because it was quite busy! There is a lot of seating. It's definitely the biggest nail salon I've been to! The decorations in the salon are very cute and give a Y2K vibe. The manicure itself was very quick and efficient. We actually got in and out within 30 minutes! I got a gel manicure with a design on the ring finger and it was $40 without tip, which is quite a reasonable price. They did a great job with the manicure, however they did not go over the edges of the nail to seal it. I showed a picture of the nail inspo I wanted, and I do feel like the checkered print looks a bit childish the way it was painted on. My nail tech hand painted the checkers on my ring finger, and I think it would have been a better idea for her to use tape to create straight lines or something similar. Still, the rest of the manicure was done well. Overall, I would recommend this nail salon for a quick and good quality manicure!
Love this place!!!!! Adrienne is fabulous!!!!!! This place always is welcoming and didn't mention gorgeous inside!!
I've been coming here for years and the staff is always wonderful !! VERY CLEAN thank you Lillian today FRI 1/30 you were great kind gentle I'll be back to see you next time !!
My best friend and I made appointments at The Nail Logic the day prior and were thrilled with our experience. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a friendly man who guided us to the colors we could choose from. At our appointment time, we were shown where to sit. Unfortunately, the color I initially chose wasn't available, but my technician, Henry, went above and beyond to show me different shades of the color I wanted. I've been to several nail salons and never had a technician go the extra mile like Henry did. After Henry finished my nails, my friend and I decided on a polish change for our toes. Even though we didn't have appointments for this, they managed to squeeze us in. Again, the exact shade for my toes wasn't available, and Henry patiently found the closest match from numerous options. The salon was gorgeous, very clean, and all the technicians were fantastic. Henry did an awesome job. Highly recommend!
I have come here a couple times. Love the Managers but didn't love my nails. They were a little thick and uneven and pushed back from my cuticles a little. I'm not too picky but I saw other clients with incredible designs and quality so maybe it was just the person I used. I went in there a second time just for nail removal and they did a great job on that. The ambiance is great everyone seems to be regulars and the front desk girls are super personable. I will give it one more try because it is always packed so I am sure there is some great techs.
Leslie was my nail tech and she was not thorough or detailed in her work. She applied my nails before ever filing, clipping, or prepping my nails, cuticles and nail beds. The acrylic was thick on some nails and thin on the others. The shape and sizes of each nail was different and either too long or too short. I asked for almond shaped and for them to be like the picture provided. When she was done however, mine were spilling over my cuticle and were very bulky. I called and asked for them to be adjusted and they said they could fix them. When I returned about an hour later the Manager brought me back to Leslie and had her try to fix them, but there were too many mistakes to simply just file or touch up. Honestly, I didn't feel comfortable having the same person that did a bad job attempt to fix them. So I just asked for the nails to be removed and she scoffed and laughed then began removing them. Mid way through this process, as my nails were soaking, she went on her phone to text for 15 minutes or so. It took about an hour to remove and I received no refund after paying $90. I wasn't even offered a partial refund for the trouble and the wasted time. The tech and the manager should have both practiced better business. I would not ever return to this location because of the managers poor judgement in sending me back to the same technician knowing how unhappy I was with her work. I recommend that others watch very carefully if Leslie is doing your nails and be sure to have her fix her mistakes along the way. Look at my picture of the nails I wanted, how mine turned out and the video showing the varying thickness of the nails. If Leslie was not snarky about her poor work and really cared about fixing them and doing well I would have rated higher. Or if either Leslie or the manager had offered at least a partial refund I would have rated higher but they both practiced bad business. ***This review is for my daughter since she does not have a yelp but the review is valid and she has receipts showing her payments.***

I went to "The Nail Logic" Saturday 3/7! This was my first visit here and Gina was friendly and found someone to get me in last minute, which I appreciate. Upon leaving the salon I really loved my nails, but for some reason my nails were super sore and I had a few cuts which were acknowledged. This was my first time in acrylics after having them off for a year, and I can't recall a time my hands were sore. I was going on vacation so I just let it go, however upon arrival to my destination I noticed what seemed to be air bubbles(maybe?) that had popped and there was still wet gel polish underneath! It happened on my thumbs and my index fingers. However, all of the ladies were very friendly! and I did see some people with amazing nails! So it might have been an off day for the lady who did my nails. I was really excited to get my nails done for the first time in forever, but after spending $75 on them I'm just not sure it was worth it. I'd love to give "The Nail Logic" another chance, but I am not sure I will. read more

My daughter and I walked in and they got us in quickly and everyone was very kind. Our pedicures were fine but massages could've been better. They were very rushed and mediocre. I had an acrylic fill with a gel color change. Multiple times I had to ask for things. - mail length to be evened out, gel on the edge & back of the nail, a top coat on one of the nails that she missed. I felt bad asking for more stuff but I wanted them to look good. After I left, I saw that one of the thumb nails wasn't filed down at the cuticle and had a big bump and the polish over it was uneven. Plus the sides/edges of my nails look rough. Now, only 3 days after getting my nails done, the gel is chipping off the thumb where is wasn't sanded or painted right. I just wish people would pay a little more attention to details. At one point when I was having her fix stuff, she jokingly said "I'll turn my light off so you don't see more things", and she did. Super bummed to have paid what I did for the quality I received. read more

I was on the hunt for a new salon after moving into the Gilbert area, and I came upon The Nail Logic salon. I 10000% recommend coming here! I scheduled an appointment with Alyssa after seeing some great reviews about her. She is AMAZING. She did my nails exactly like the picture reference I showed her and she did it quickly. I started coming here in November and I've become a regular since. This is the cleanest salon I've ever been to and they have a huge selection of colors! The place is SO cute and all the staff are kind and awesome! They are great with appointments, I don't have to wait 30min to an hour to be seen like the previous place I went to. Now my mom and my sister come here too. The nail tech behind my nails is Tracy, she is INCREDIBLE! I'm super picky with people doing my nails and she is so careful, she takes her time, and her work overall is phenomenal! Designs on point. I highly recommend! read more

I have been coming to Nail Logic for a few years now. This nail salon is very clean and everyone is extremely professional. Everyone here does amazing work. They all have different techniques so depending on what you're looking for would depend on the person you want. I personally love Cam. Cam does a fantastic job with dip, pedicures, and brows. She is also creative. She listens to the style, color or shape I want to incorporate and she will design my nails from there. Here are a few photos from the last year read more

Just went to get my toes done, terrible experience. First off we made an appointment for 4:30 and didn't sit till 4:50 once we sat down they ran my friends water and let me sit without any for 30 minutes and once they did it was very cold water. Second joana was the one who sat down to do my toes didn't know how to do acrylic so she had me sitting there waiting on someone else in cold water. Once the whoever finished my acrylic didn't file them correctly and rushed the process which made my toes look worse than what they did when I walked in. Then they put scrub on my legs and didn't wash it off at all. I told her multiple times to make my toe nails straight and NONE of them are. My toes are very irritated and sore from how rough Joana was handling my feet. There are so many things that ruined this experience for me I could go on and on. Moral of the story don't get your toes done here and don't let Joana be the one who does them. read more

This is easily the best salon I've ever been to (and yes I've been to a lot). Not only is the aesthetic nice (super glitz and glam) but the place is spotless. Always smells nice in there and not overly like nail polish or remover. I've booked with Tracy each time and she's AMAZING. Always so gentle and she really knows what she's doing after doing nails for 25 years. I will keep coming back to her, but I would trust any nail tech there. Can't recommend this place enough! read more

Wow! This place rocks! After being unsatisfied a few time with my nails salon in Scottsdale I decided to give this place a try. I called 20 minutes ahead and they were able to fit me in. I was seated with Kathy and showed her my desired look on my phone (an ombré French tip with dip). She started working and I was immediately impressed with her attention to detail, patience, and sweet personality. She took her time to make sure it was perfect and kept making sure I was satisfied with it. Everything was very sanitary and clean and I felt comfortable. She never removed her mask or touched her face and wore gloves the whole time, also there was a clear divider between us. Overall a great experience!! I will definitely be coming back to see Kathy read more
